It would have been nice to have water restocked daily throughout the stay.

Stunning location. Firostefani is a great area with amazing views without the business of Thira but it’s nice that it’s not far away. The property is clean, has friendly staff and is good value for money.

The hotel does not provide a buffet style breakfast , rather a plate of fried eggs, bacon, breads, patisserie, orange juice, coffee, yogurt, jam, honey. We stayed (4) nights, so it became same old same. The morning of our departure we needed to take a taxi prior to the 9:am breakfast time-slot to catch the ferry. The lady running the hotel, named Evangelina was totally inflexible by not at least arranging a pre breakfast parcel for us, even though we had paid for a full breakfast as per our booking. Her excuse was that the staff worked late and the kitchen did not open till 9:am. We weren’t expecting a hot breakfast, however a juice, bakery items would have suffice. We have not experienced this before, whilst staying at other hotels.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with sweeping views over the Caldera. Only minor steps to deal with.

Angelina was wonderful, very helpful, and always available. The location was great, very convenient for any kind of transport definitely come back. Remi restaurant was great and an exceptional view.

The only improvement we can suggest would be some more breakfast choice. Despite the view from the restaurant is just outstanding, if you are staying more than 2 nights it becomes somewhat repetitive (it is always the same dish with no changes whatsoever)

The property is outstanding, in perfect location with breathtaking view. The staff is very kind too.

View was exceptional. Facilities were also very good but unfortunately no pool. Host was also very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for her. (Arranging taxi's and giving local advice.) Plenty of restaurants nearby but some are really expensive. A five minute walk to the centre of Fira.

We booked a room with the the Caldera and Volcano view. It was absolutely worth it! Couldn't take off our eyes from our private balcony and the sunsets are great - no need to go to Oia. The beds were comfortable, clean rooms, good facilities. Fantastic breakfast is included and can eat that with a great view at the Remvi restaurant. Close to many restaurants and just a 15 minute walk to Fira. Special thanks to Evangelina for making our stay memorable. She was great from the start to the end. Cheers!

Remvi suites was beautiful! The view from our room was gorgeous and we had the best view of the sunset each evening. Checkin was seamless and the host was so friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious too!

Everything was good. Would recommend. The only advice would be given the heat a pool would be nice given beaches are not easy to access but getting the view was more important for us for a short stay and this is the place to get a great view at this good price.

Great location. About 10/15 mins walk to Fira which is busy so lovely to be in this area which is a little less hectic. Amazing views from our balcony. Room is simple comfortable and clean. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is served in their lovely restaurant.

The location was great. We were at walking distance to both Fira and imerovigli. The view was great and we had a perfect sunset view with good privacy.

The view was fantastic. Located in a very nice position (Firostefani is a very nice village. Close to Fira but not so crowded and 'noisy'). Also, we were close to many restaurants, shops, bus stop, amenities etc..
