The property was in an amazing location right in the centre of Chania Old Town, making it easy to walk to the nearby markets and venetian harbour. It was clean, modern and everything worked as expected.

Everything was perfect 👌

Firstly, the Host Maria was amazing and very accommodating. With welcoming refreshments on arrival and helping out with our luggage and car spot. Maria went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay and provided us with heaps of local eateries and things to do on the island. Furthermore, the location is unbelievable. You literally walk out the door, and you're surrounded by shop's cafe's and restaurants. Bed sofa and bathroom were all fantastic, and super clean. I rate this place 20/10 it's a one stop shop.

Great position, right in the historical center. Very large and comfy suite, with great oversized bed. Amazing host (Maria) extremely helpful. We’ve been several times to Chania in 5* hotels. This time we opted for an apartment and we did not regret!

We loved the location of the property and it was immaculate when we arrived, our host Maria made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and nothing was too much trouble. She took the time to give us a full and detailed introduction to everything that was available to us in the Chania region, including beaches, restaurants, taxis, bus service. I cant fault this apartment in any way. Breakfast was also included in a choice of 2 nearby cafes and both were excellent with a good variant of choices on the menu. The streets around us were bustling with people but not overcrowded.

Everything perfect.

Super nice suite, modern but cozy, with a charming balcony and wonderful roof terrace. Extremely well equipped with literally everything you may need, even little details so well taken care of. The host, Maria, is just fabulous and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable, From providing links to restaurants and other places to leaving nice bottles of wine and ice-cream in the fridge...it does not get better than this in terms of hospitality. I wish I could live there for a year :-). Great location just at the border of the old town, so easy to reach by car, but then you can walk everywhere.

We liked everything.

The place is spectacular and beyond our expectations. Our host Maria was perfect host, kind, providing all local recommendations. She waited for us on our arrival and even reserved a parking spot near the suite. Suite is spatious, has great interior design, large comfortable bed, fully aquipped and to top all that it has even a great rooftop with private jakuzzi overlooking the old city. Breakfast was organized in two small restaurants nearby (one was just across the tiny street) and were rich and tastefull. We can warmly recommend it.

There was nothing we didn't like, Perfect stay at the Querini Luxury Suites.

We stayed for 4 nights in the Querini Luxury Suites, fabulous apartment could not fault anything at all. Maria the owner is amazing, met us on arrival so helpful and accommodating would highly recommend staying here perfect location in Old Town short walk to harbour. Hope we can visit Chania again soon and would definitely stay at the Querini Luxury Suites.

We liked everything about this place. We took the Superior Suite which has a private rooftop where you can find a bathtub with a jacuzzi. We used it a lot. Just amazing. We also had the breakfast included and it was a second hit. Maria arranged the best breakfasts we have ever had. In short we had everything we needed.

Everything Here was amazing. The Apartment is newly renovated, modern and comfortable. The View is amazing. The Suite is located directly in the City where you can reach all Shops and Monuments within several steps. The breakfast is in a Café some Meters distance to the Suite.good quality and friendly Personal Here too. I highly advice all guests of chania to try this Suite!

This is my 5th hotel in Chania and was by far the best stay. The room has everything you need and the bath and terrace made it such a relaxing stay. Maria was an amazing host and was on hand if we needed anything.

No negatives

Perfect location on a pedestrian street so we could walk to all of the sights and the bus station. The huge suite was beautiful with a great interior design and wonderful features with a large, rooftop terrace with great views and a hot tub. The lovely owner was very kind, thoughtful, and helpful and such a pleasure to know.

They say that the way to one’s heart is through the stomach, and the host, Maria certainly done that. As soon as we arrived we were showered with complimentary culinary delights, too many to list here. The interior is modern and tastefully designed and the upstairs lounge area of the Superior Suite (I definitely recommend for couples) was a great way relax and watch the sun set. The apartment is centrally located but still far enough from the night life so our sleep was never disturbed. Finally, Maria was most welcoming, extremely kind and took the time to talk to us about our itinerary and was always available to help us with bus schedules and booking a taxi back to the airport. We will certainly recommend Querini Suites to friends and family, and when we return to Chania we will most certainly stay here again.

The host Maria was excellent, she left us gifts and gave recommendations, truly cared about us having the best time in Chania. She was flexible on our checkout alllowing us to take a boat tour that day, which we really appreciated. The location is ideal, in the heart of chania old town and the apartment is v clean.

What a lovely boutique hotel. Located on a cobblestone pedestrian street walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the harbor. The gem is Maria ! Maria welcomes you to Querini with a warm smile and great service. There was a bowl of fruits , a bottle wine and a refrigerator with juice, water ,soda and beer waiting for us in the room. Our daily breakfasts were at lovely nearby restaurants. Unable to have breakfast one morning,Maria delivered fresh danishes for us to have before leaving for our tour. You can not ask for better personal service.

Nothing. While the Querini Suites are not on the seafront they are in the heart of the town and just away from the busyness and noise of the harbour.

Our suite was immaculately clean, beautifully fitted out, and spacious. On arrival there was fruit, cake and wine for our stay. Maria is an exceptional host, she is keen to look after your every need. Having recommended the perfect rooftop restaurant for a birthday supper she had organised a delicious dessert as a gift from her. She also gave my partner a bottle of sparkling wine. I should add that she helped us find free parking when we arrived too. We would definitely stay again if we can!

There was nothing we disliked - just a small suggestion. We had storms on a couple of days. We could have made use of a microwave to heat the lunch we had bought on the previous day. A fridge on the roof terrace for drinks would be great - but that's just me being lazy with the stairs!

We have not long returned from a wonderful 8-night stay at Querini Luxury Suites. The communication was superb from the moment of booking until after we left. As previously said, Maria was the perfect host - friendly, informative and generous. She genuinely cares about your holiday and wants everything to be just right. The transfer arranged was seamless with Maria greeting us on arrival. There was a welcome gift of wine, fruit, cake, beers and soft drinks. Throughout our stay, Maria also dropped off delicious ice cream, more wine and a selection of local sweet and savoury delicacies (when she realised we were missing breakfast one morning). The breakfast included is at one of two restaurants. Pallas by the harbour, and Theatro City coffee bar that was just around the corner. We only used the local cafe which had seating outside and an extensive breakfast/brunch menu - the staff and food were lovely. The location was perfect a few minutes walk to the harbour but away from the hustle and bustle. It was a 10 /15-minute walk to the beaches. The roof terrace was perfect for drinks and a real sun trap (an umbrella provided for shade). The only downside is it's so lovely it may be difficult to get a date as I would imagine people rebook on leaving. Thank you Maria for our fabulous stay we hope to stay with you again in the future.

We only discovered after our arrival that there were no cooking or clothes washing facilities. This was entirely our fault for not carefully checking the details on our booking. We would have preferred to have breakfast provisions in our suite, rather than having to walk to one of the nominated restaurants, but that's just our personal preference.

The Querini Luxury Suites are a spacious, modern and very quiet apartment in the heart of old Chania. The bathroom and shower are very spacious. The suites are located next to the old Agora (market) which was undergoing major renovation during our visit (but there was no noise or dust). The suites are just a few minutes walk from the Venetian harbour and numerous restaurants, and a couple of small supermarkets. Maria was really fantastic, and was waiting patiently for us after our delayed arrival. She also took the trouble to come round and help us with our luggage on departure.

Perfect location and perfect decorated room. Maria is very hospitable and she is doing bet for her guests. She fill up the fridge as compliment with local wine. And she s always online for help. We booked suit for six nights and she has arranged free transfer cause of our long stay. For sure we will stay at Querini Luxury Sites in our next visit Chania!
