First and most importantly the hosts Iannis and his mother were very welcoming, helpful and tried everything to make my stay as wonderful as possible. Provalma is beautifully located, well maintained, comfortable and really exceptionally clean. The breakfast service and ingredients were remarkable.

Just perfect!!! Provalma was the most stunning accommodation on our Greece Vacation. We visited different islands and we came only to Folegrandos because we found Provalma on booking. The pictures looked so magnificent that we wanted to give it a try. Yiannis and his mother are very welcoming and they are giving their guest just a perfect stay. We liked that the pickup from the port is already included and you will get already all the info you need on the way to the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful designed, clean, fresh and you can see that Yiannis and his mother know what they are doing. We loved Folgegrandos with their simple and good restaurants, less tourists and very authentic locals. Also the beach which is next to Provalma is very beautiful. But back to the apartment: Yiannis and his mother offer the most delicious breakfast with homemade everything and you can choose everything you like. In combination with the most amazing view from the terrace it felt truly like heaven. We just dreamed of just staying there forever. But definitely we'll come back. Thank you so much!! Everything was amazing

Our stay at Provalma was exceptional. Yiannis picked us up from the harbor when our ferry arrived. We stayed in the Geronimos room, which was sufficiently large for our 4 night stay. The views from the room and hotel are breathtaking, where you can see the sea on both sides of the island (North and South) from the room. Breakfast is served directly to your room terrace, based on your pre-selection. The breakfast was very good quality, especially the home made jams and bread. The island is small, and we reached everywhere with a quadbike.

I stayed at Provalma for three nights at the end of September. Everything was fantastic - one of the best places I’ve been to and for very reasonable prices. The accommodation was spacious, stylish and practical. The views from my apartment (and other parts of Provalma) were spectacular. They must be some of the best views on this beautiful island. It was a privilege to be able to sit on the terrace enjoying breakfast and to look out on the views, or to watch the sunset. The overall hospitality was excellent. From the pick up/drop off, to wholesome breakfasts, to the fact that everything has been so well thought through (everything just “works”!) to the sheer friendliness of the hosts. Folegandros is hilly, and there was only one restaurant open to speak of in the local village. Both of these points can be solved by car hire or organised use of the local bus network. It is a small beautiful and unspoilt island. This along with the excellent experience of Provalma meant that I was fortunate to enjoy such an authentic and memorable trip. Thank you Provalma for making it so special!

There was a spectacular view towards the white-walled, hill top town of Choa and of the sea on both sides from the carefully positioned chairs outside our room. At night it also provides a magnificent view of the stars. An excellent breakfast is served in your room by Yannis, the friendly, knowledgeable owner. He can collect you from the port area on arrival. Ask him about any aspect of the island and wider area, especially if you are a wine lover. He is passionate about Greece's wines and keeps a selection that are available to guests. Ideally, you need a car to explore but there is a bus stop nearby and three restaurants are a comfortable walk away although keep in mind you are in the hills and the Meltemi winds which can sweep through the islands. A very reasonably-priced taxi can easily be booked to run you to Chora or down to nearby Agali beach which has three restaurants. It is the launch point of boats to other nearby beaches, including Agios Nikolaos where there is an excellent seafood restaurant - at night they will send their own boat that will pick you up and then drop you off. The property is small and intimate, it has its own well-maintained pool with terrace overlooking a stunning view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Provalma Studio Apartments in Folegandros, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The entire Greek non potable water issue gets annoying. I wish the property delivered/provided a few liters of water daily. We had to purchase and remember to purchase drinking water daily in town. The road entry up to property is very steep and tight curves. Be careful when driving up and down.

Simply Beautiful room and overall property. Breakfast was delicious. This is a quiet and remote location so a car is helpful. Staff can arrange for rental car to be delivered to property. The property is stunning. Views galore. Staff was great. Beach and pool towels provided. Parking was no problem. Pick up and drop off to port was efficient and truly appreciated.

It is located in the middle of the island and a vehicle is mandatory. It is best to arrange this in advance with the hotel, and pick it up on the way in or have it delivered to the property.

This was our favorite stop on our 2 weeks in the Greek Isles. The rooms and view were stunning. The breakfast, which was seved on the patio facing the mountains and sea, was the best that I have ever had while travelling. Yiannis, the proprietor, was prompt at the ferry pickup, and helpful in assiting with local needs (restaurants, rental car).
