Unfortunately, unbeknown to us, we were transferred overnight to the hotels sister hotel. We were informed that there was some damage, so we could not check-in to our original hotel. The problem being is that the sister hotel was not centrally located and in my view not up to the standards of our paid hotel. We were not happy with the situation but there was nothing we could do.

Fantastic location by the beach, super easy and quick to walk into town, amazing breakfast, comfortable beds and very accommodating staff. Great value for money. Would really recommend visiting this hotel.

The hotel is very well located (30 meters from St George beach and very close to the center of Naxos' town). Beautiful design both in the common areas and in the rooms. Cleanliness is top notch. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice. The entire staff team is extremely accommodating and friendly.

The breakfast was delicious although there were not an excess of options, the location of the hotel was easy walking distance from the port after arriving by ferry (~14 mins with wheeled luggage), the staff was above and beyond helpful, the hotel was very close to our favorite beach and some of the best food we had while in Greece

Everything was perfect! Excellent service, delicious breakfast, top hospitality, very clean, nice modern toilet and bathroom, cozy atmosphere. The best location for vacation (5 min walk from Chora where all the restaurants and bars located, 1 min walk from St.George’s beach, 10 min walk from the port). In addition, the staff booked for us a day trip at Koufonisia!!

Poor communication, I wanted to change the reservation for one of the 2 rooms I booked and was referred to booking.com to accomplish that. We loved the cleanliness, the staff and how attentive they were. The coffee machine in our room. The location very close to the restaurants, port, and the beach. It wasn't a huge breakfast spread but whatever was necessary was there.

The location was awesome! We were able to walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel in about 15mins. The beach was 5mins away and restaurants and stores were surrounding the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived quite late at the hotel due to a late ferry arrival, and found the keys waiting for us as agreed with the staff. The hotel is tastefully renovated and located in a quiet area of Chora, just steps away from the beach and a short walk from the town's center. The staff was extremely kind, and let us stay in the lobby after checkout to take some work calls.

Great location, 15min walk from the port and 2 mins from the beach. A modern, fresh and comfortable hotel. We were looked after by Dina who was so welcoming and professional. It was so nice to chat with Dina and we felt that everything was managed so well by her. She is a great asset to the hotel. The room while small was very well laid out and exceptionally clean. A lovely balcony with table and chairs was also provided. Breakfast was included and was very nice with a selection of hot and cold food plus delicious pastries. It was excellent value.
