We arrived at 2am when our flight was diverted. Very helpful staff and a brilliant room on the 17th floor An above average buffet breakfast The pool on the roof with adjoining bar was an oasis Reasonable value for money and ideal for a stopover or short stay

Breakfast was good and many options but some of the cooked food was cold. There were very few seats in lobby area and when I went to sit in the bar to wait for my son I was told I had to order a coffee - the bar was empty. I spent over €2000 staying in the hotel couldn't sit down without ordering a coffee - not great.

The view from the roof top bar was great.

The breakfast was AWFUL. Absolutely awful.

Thanos on the rooftop restaurant and the Gentleman at the bar on the ground floor were very friendly.

They charge to residents 40 euros per sunbed set (2 sunbeds without even an umbrella) FOR 4 HOURS!! between 10am and 2pm! if you want to stay longer you pay another 40 euros! I have travelled in at least 20 countries and never before have I experienced this! Especially when the advertise a pool as a facility! it should be free for residents! similarly, they advertise parking facilities but it costs 17 euros a day. So overall, the facilities are there but you need to pay another 97 euros per day if you want sunbeds and parking.

the actual hotel is beautiful and the location was very good. Staff were lovely and helpful.

We had an early morning flight and asked the hotel to pack our breakfast. When we opened it, it was only water, fruit, and biscuits, no sandwich or anything interesting or filling 😃 During the night, the noise from the street and cars also bothered us.

Cleanness and rooftop swimming pool. Stunning view.

    - Breakfast was a bit messy too crowded with running out and not greeting replaced. Also not a lot of variety compared to the level. - We had to pay for the sun-beds extra at the hotel roofgarden!

    - Spacious room with great view. - Staff very helpful. - Hotel location quite close to Athens city centre 10 min by taxi.

Location isn’t great but the view makes up for it. Would it good to be able to leave the aircon running low when not in the room as it can get quite hot but otherwise, a nice hotel.

Good value for money, newly renovated and clean with good facilities and comfortable bed. Great view and rooftop pool / bar.

Rooms dated. Extra cost of sun loungers at pool. Never mentioned before we went. Only reason we booked this hotel. Was very disappointing as would not even let us sit on towel near pool. Felt unwelcome.

Breakfast was good. Near to metro stations.

I think the hotel’s policy regarding charging clients to use the sun beds is totally unacceptable. I have stayed in many other hotels in Athens and I have never come across this charging fee policy. Clients pay sufficient rates for their rooms and it seems unreasonable to charge clients an additional fee. Management seriously needs to reconsider this exorbitant policy, and I would not be returning for this reason.

I liked the rooms and in particular the large beds

Having to walk through the top restaurant to go to the pool. The pool attendant was very abrupt and rude. To stay for 1/2 to hour we didn’t want to pay a lot of money to hv a lounge. We were told where we cld put our things. Then spoken to for all to hear that l wasn’t allowed to lay down beside the pool. There is a way to speak to guests. He needs to be taught. That put a total dampener on our stay

It was lovely for a couple of nights. Desk staff very helpful. Door man always lovely

The breakfast was too crowded and the people who worked there were not really nice (during the buffet). Also: As the room was too crowded we had to go into another room and eat breakfast there which was a nightmare from a design and comfort point of view.

The rooftop is great and the view is stunning! The rooms are clean and the bed are comfortable - the best thing: The AC works without any problems which is great in a month like June.

Room didn't get cold enough for our liking. Had to pay for lounges around the pool. Not many restaurants near or open close to hotel. Pool closed too early. Water went everywhere when you showered.

Very comfortable rooms. Hotel accommodated my needs. Pool was very nice, just wish there was more free seating around it. Free breakfast was good. Metro about a 10 minute walk. Friendly staff

Breakfast needs improvement, It caters for big groups but even so, food needs to be decent and fresh. Pastries were microwaved, juices weren't fresh and the coffee was abysmal.

You have to pay extra for every facility you want to use, like gym 8€ for not well equipment. 10€ for the sunbeds only for 4 hours .you have to pay for the parking 17€ per day and the stuff on some points was unpleasant .. you order cocktail in the pool area, and all comes to plastic cup even if you order a snack !

Central hotel close to all attractions. The rooms and especially the bathroom are big and clean .

Rooftop pool is beautiful - although can get a little too crowded and not many sunbeds due to space constraints. Perfect for cooling down at the end of a hot day though.

Good breakfast. Lovely rooms and huge shower. Great location for some attractions (although we did use taxis due to heat). A great gyros place across the road, perfect for grabbing food on the go or quick bite to eat. Incredibly clean room.

parking access is not very comfortable, parking fee should be free for guests like in most hotels around the world. Also pool beds need to be paid extra, even for hotel guests.

Hotel is mainly business type, very clean and neat. Good facilities, nice breakfast. Nice pool. Great hospitality from employees. They helped us finding traveling agency for Acropolis visit

Whilst paying to stay at the hotel one needed to pay for the deckchairs by the pool at a cost of 10€ per sun-bed. Then again, if renting the sun-beds they had no umbrella and were exposed to the sun all day. If a sun-bed is not rented there is the possibility to stay sitting down on tables.

Very clean. Pool was a good size especially for peak hours. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very central. Everything was good and great value for money.
