Few things that if added can make this property just a dream place and therefore you don’t feel it’s very over priced. 1. Internet was never working upstairs. In addition, it stopped working also downstairs the last few days. The manager (Gianni) came over and fixed the glitch. Especially if you want to rent it for few weeks or for a month and do some remote work, the internet has to be super functioning. The days the internet was working, it was amazing to work with that view and breeze. 2. With all the beautiful terraces of this villa, not having one single chaise lounge or hammock, an umbrella or a bbq grill, takes a lot away from all the pleasant time you could spend there with family and friends. 3. The “yard” is super dry. There is no maintenance. Lots of insects. Again, a place like this is a gold mine…they are not taking advantage of the potential and what they could really offer. I don’t think is Gianni’s fault. 4. Lot of glasses, but not enough pots to cook. 5. No washer or laundry service provided. 6. No breakfast option provided. Not even basics as tea or coffee. 7. If these improvements could be made, nobody would want to leave this villa!

Location is the BEST on the island. Right on the rocky beach so it’s like having the sea all to yourself. 24/24 peace….even in August. We had the 2 level villa with three bedrooms for 8 days. Very spacious. It was cleaned very well everyday. The manager (the young man Gianni) was very efficient in solving issues when contacted.

Location is just amazing. From balcony you can enjoy the view to the whole bay and beautiful terrace with palm trees. You actually share view with 100 mio eur yacht that are anchored basically just 100 meters away. Owner and receptor were very friendly and wellcoming, they even offered to prepare me free coffee and we set down and talk into the evening. Shutle waited me at port upon arrival, and also drop me off in port at end of my stay (ps: it was just 2 minutes drive, but still nice). The facility is overall very nice, more than I expected, even though bathroom is not very modern, it was clean, but, hey, its Greece, not a 5 star hotel to enjoy wellness in February, but rather share amazing views and nature from balcony and terrace. Some very nice breakfast - beach - chill out - evening bars just 100 meters away, to enjoy greek experience at it fullest.

There was a well functioning fridge in the room, but having bought food aimed for breakfast on the balcony, you suddenly realize there are absolutely no kitchen equipment in the room! Not a single knife, glass, plate or a water boiler for the coffee powder. (You may borrow some...) To furnish every room with some basic household items is hereby strongly recommended! A sink is also lacking, but removing bread crumbs from the plates in the wash-stand would do. I had an initial disagreement with the management or staff regarding the frequency of shifting towels (I suggested fewer shifts), but things straightened out in the end.

The hotel is centrally located in Hóra (the capital) in Ano Koufonissi. It's only 10 minutes walk to the boats that take you to the different beaches. My room was big (4 beds) and had a balcony with an excellent sea-view. The balcony was also well equipped for drying wet clothes. You are picked up by a van at the port on your arrival and brought back on your departure. There is a kind of court yard in front of the hotel where you can sit under shady trees and read or consume your own supplied refreshments. It took some time before I understood that there was no requirement for buying stuff to sit there. (No-one told.) I had a good wi-fi connection in the room, but the safe was hardly useable.

The WiFi was pathetic, on and off, on and off. The tv had no reception. There were mosquitoes bothering us every night even with the aircon on. The manager/receptionist has a very abrupt attitude. No kettle or means of making coffee in the room. No drinking glasses. Bathroom light was not working, was only fixed on the third day after reporting it three times.

We had a sea facing room and the view was unbelievably beautiful. It was quiet being a few minutes walk to the supermarket. We were picked up and dropped off at the port.

Great Location. Just in front of the sea: a private nest to enjoy Koufunissi 100%. Friendly staff. Studio clean. Nice the opportunity to cook and to have internal space. We will come back.

The breackfast buffet could be improved but is not basic. We got woken up one day by staff quareling which was very unpleasant, however this did not occur again the next days. The matress is a bit firm.

Recommended Hotel for the price. The average price range of Hotels in Ano Kufonisia in July is high and this hotel offers a descent price to amendities ratio. The location is suberb with unobstracted Sea view. The breackfast area is in the yard with excellent view to the sea as well. The room was very clean, in good condition, the towels were changed every day. The room offers all the basic ammendities: air condition, nice 32 flat tv, hairdryer, shampoo, anti mosquito device, clothes hanger at the porch, mini refregirator, small safe box. We got offered a free of charge transportation with the hotel Mini van from and to the port ( otherwise a 10min almost flat walking time ). The Chora beach (Ammos) is very near, a 3m walk.
