we absolutely loved staying here! the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. the concierge helped us book massages that came to our room, helped us book dinner reservations and taxis. they even assist you with carrying your luggage up and down the stairs. all the staff is so polite and the bar tender Leo was amazing! they bring your breakfast to your balcony every morning on time and the food is amazing! our room was spacious and had a very cool cave looking shower! the rooms are very clean and they come in and clean the rooms daily. I would definitely stay here again :)

Amazing view and very nice, modern , original design hotel on Santorini. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Christina is very helpful and caring to guests as a good friend. The great touch is the breakfast food that is served on the room. Of course it's really tasty! The variety of the food is big, and changing every day. The room is clean and beds are comfortable. The pool offers an amazing experience. We enjoyed our stay very much! Good job Porto Fira Suites!

The property is awesome. No complaints.

While the view and the personal deck space were amazing, as I reflect on my time there it’s the staff that made my stay extra special. They are professional and genuinely care about the guest and the guest experience. Their care and advice on things to do were centered around me. For someone typically work obsessed and who has spent a lifetime putting my family ahead of me, I recognized their extra effort. It was a rare moment when it felt safe to relax and I have to admit I slept for 4 hours the first day on my deck. Every single part of their team from the maids sweeping up flower pedals at 6 am to the management team, stood out to me in both individual and team performance. I thanked them in person and hope they all have the opportunity to read this and know they are appreciated.

The welcome of the hotel manager Mike was more than friendly and he goes out of his way to make you feel taken care of. If you need any recommendations, table reservations etc, leave it in his hands! Our room with jacuzzi (no 12) was on the same level as the reception and was really beautiful and comfortable. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to get to the accommodation and then if you want to access the pool. But this counts for all of Fira. So if you have trouble taking stairs i advise you to book elsewhere on the island. We had dinner on our terrace with a beautiful view of the Caldera, organized by Sara, another employee of the hotel and i can only recommend this to you. The food was delicious and the setting marvelous. The service of Panos friendly and accommodating, plus he knows how to take a nice pic of you in front of the sunset ;-) We will definitely come back!

The entire checkin process was horrible and confusing. If this place had more staff during the checkin process and better communication then it would have been a much smoother experience. We also asked them about bringing our 4 larger suitcases (we were 4 adults and one baby) to the hotel two nights before our stay (we went island hopping) and they were not accommodating at all. If it had been a smoother checkin process then I would have been more understanding but if you have large luggage it will be a problem and it will more than likely get scratched up during transport. The rooms also smelled like mildew and they are very stingy with towels coffee and snacks. We stayed at a different hotel in Santorini (Canaves Epitome in Oia) which had some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced. I wish we had just stayed there again when we went back to Santorini. I would also like to add that the other hotel had no problem holding our bags for two days.

It had a beautiful view, but the location on the cliff made easy transport of our group and our bags complicated. They staff was very unapologetic about this and they absolutely did not have enough staff to check us in comfortably. Having the porter as the first representative of the hotel to greet us was confusing and not a good experience. The food was surprisingly good. Drinks were okay.

Overpriced, definitely not good value for money. The breakfast was bland and basic. The hotel's driver and other staff asked for tips for simply doing their jobs, on top of what we were already paying. Santorini on the whole is not worth visiting for longer than a day trip. Everything is overpriced but lower quality than the mainland and other islands. It's extremely touristy/money-focused without the friendly charm of the rest of Greece. Several huge cruise ships pull up every morning, early, sound off their horns and drop off hoards of tourists. Would not recommend, sorry.

Amazing views, good staff. The hike from Thira / Fira to Oia was the highlight of our trip. Hiring a quad and visiting the beaches was fun.
