This place is heaven. The service is amazing! The food is magnificent. The manager of the spa was amazing and did everything to make us happy. The private beach is perfect. The airplanes didn’t affected our stay. If you want to have privacy, relaxation, quality and amazing service this is the place you should go to!

Not much to complain about at all other than the fact that everything is very technical in the room, there’s way too many buttons with different functions making it quite frustrating when you want to simply turn a light on but resulting in all the laughs being on and curtains open. Also the fact that the fan above the bed is motion censored so when you fall asleep with it on you will most likely wake up to it off making it very hot. You can use the Pnoe app to manage all of the lights music tv and curtains but sometimes this is very slow and doesn’t do exactly what you want it to. There was no hooks for the hand towels and I don’t feel the cleaners clean the room as well as they could considering how amazing everything else is at the hotel. But this is a simple frustration on my end and maybe could be seen to by making the lighting/curtain function a little simpler.

The amazing attentiveness, care and kindness given to us by the Staff - nothing was too much of an ask and every request was seen to and dealt with in a timely manner. The ease of getting taxis and transfers to and from activities very simply organised by the hotel at our request. The delicious breakfast provided by the hotel with tons of options. The beautiful design and brand of the hotel. The fact that every guest is just as important as the other and the kind gifts they treat you to on arrival and departure. The AMAZING cheesecake at Uranas restaurant along with their great Greek wine list and bread was to die for. Very impressed with this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. Very worth the money

That spa access wasn’t included in the price and was very expensive. The treatments were also pricey (couples massage in access of €400), and that our booking which said ‘included breakfast’, didn’t actually include the full breakfast menu, just the buffet. There was also a derelict building complex between the hotel and the beach which the photos online didn’t show. I was initially worried about being so close to the airport, but it wasn’t too bad - only when the wind is blowing in a certain direction cannot become a little loud. Be advised you can see and hear them landing and taking off from the nearby cliff located airport and they fly over the sea in front of the beach.

The decor was tasteful and modern, the hotel was as clean and well kept, planting schemes were lovely, our room was well designed with lots of cool touches such as Bose sound system and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were given a 20 min complimentary spa treatment. I had an oxygen chamber session and the finance had a hand massage in the reception area of the spa.

I do however feel there should be filtered water available, the staff were always so obliging to fill our bottles but a fountain would mean the staff wouldn’t have to do this constantly.

The gym at the hotel is nice and provides a good workout environment. While it has a decent selection of equipment, I wish there were more professional-grade options available. Overall, it's a convenient and well-maintained space for a workout.

I can't recommend this place enough it was vacation Seekers dream they went out of their way every time we wanted something to make it happen in the best way possible the facilities were gorgeous and the service was even more outstanding I'd like to point out about the spa it was the best one out of the many we've been to the service and atmosphere with truly inspiring And lastly we we had left a very valuable jewelry after already arriving home we contacted via the WhatsApp chat within 10 minutes they found it and sent me a link to have it shipped home I am truly grateful for this ❤️

I have no words to describe how fantastic was our stay at the hotel! It is exceptional in everything, from chiс and modern design with attention to every little detail to luxurious quality of service. Staff is super friendly and they literally go above an beyond to ensure that you have the best experience while staying at their hotel and they really enjoy that! You feel like you are welcomed there. Amazing feeling! The food is very delicious and served with style - pure enjoyment for a taste and for an eye. Amazing stay, I planned the vacation as a bday surprise for my wife and everything we both wished for was fulfilled by pnoe. (we had a lot of wishes..😂🥹) Food had very good quality, breakfast was very very nice and if you have ANYthing in mind that you need, u are connected via whatsapp with the reception and they try their very best to kinda make all your wishes come true. All I can say is thank you pnoe for having us, thank you for your patience and being so nice to us, thank you especially for preparing the heart shapes roses, bday cake, bday sheet ETC. for my wife in the room as we arrived…A m a z i n g. Perfect stay, 10/10 Beautiful architecture, rooms very clean, etc etc. I cannot write everything cause you guys had way to much perfectness haha.. for everyone reading this: they have everything a guest can wish for kinda.

Everything was fine. The hotel is close to the airport but noise was not a problem (planes taking off in the other direction when we were there).

Recently opened and still pristine, the resort has good design and facilities. The private pool for our room was big enough to take a few strokes (it was bigger than the average). Staff were very friendly and the restaurants were excellent - we particularly liked breakfast in the main restaurant and dinner in the Cretan restaurant. The village of Karteros is nothing special, but Knossos is about 15 minutes away by car.

It needs a bar on the beach.

It’s an amazing, modern hotel with all the amenities. The smart room features and personal concierge service are a nice touch. The heated private pool was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and joyful as possible, even organizing a wine tour for us in a nearby vineyard. The food was excellent, the bar offered wonderful signature cocktails and local craft beers. The luxury spa with massage and sauna was deeply relaxing.

The surrounding land is a bit rough and run down and a 50 euro round trip into the town. The beach had a lot of litter and a bar would have been great.

This place is really special! Me and my partner had such an amazing time staying at this hotel. Firstly the staff were all so lovely/helpful and made us feel so welcome. We loved the design of this hotel, everything is so aesthetically pleasing and made us feel very relaxed. The breakfast selection was so vast and was really good quality. We were really happy with all our meals at this hotel and especially loved the sushi bar, such a chilled vibe. The rooms had great smart technology. The sun beds are really comfy and the pool area was really calm and relaxing. The spa was also so peaceful and we both had some amazing massages. 10/10, thank you! :)
