Was not quite what I expect from a four star facility. 3 bedroom villa only had four dining room chairs, shower heads had to be held in hand to shower, very old AC units were unable to keep cool temperatures in the bedrooms at night, cat litter in the entrance and in the pool area, not enough towels provided for our group.

Large villa, nice pool, good view, responsive staff. Access to the facilities at the Domes of Elounda was a great bonus.

Really spacious villa, with super friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff. We felt very welcome, with a note left for us for out of hours check-in, and a lovely fruit bowl and wine left in the villa too!

Absolutely blissful stay and the owner and staff couldn`t have been more helpful or accommodating. The villa itself was genuinely fabulous and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to everyone-absolute bliss!!

The pool was a bit cold at times.

Amazing villa with a great view. You can literally watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning from your bed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

You definitely need a car when staying at this villa as it's a bit of a walk to the beach, or restaurants or shops. However we did know this before booking. Could probably do with a bit more basic kitchen equipment, such as mixing bowls, serving bowls, garlic crush, measuring jug

We were met at the villa by Monica who was extremely helpful, as was the other English lady there - they couldn't have been nicer or friendlier and more helpful. The villa was very clean and spacious with most things we needed. Swimming towels and bathrobes provided. Each day the maid came by to ask if we needed clean towels etc and mid week she came and did some cleaning and changed our sheets. The pool man came every day. Nice sun beds and outside furniture too and a BBQ. Spectacular views from the villa. Couldn't really fault the holiday and would highly recommend it and return there.

Couldn't fault it really, some maintenance issues but these were resolved by the team as soon as we reported it.

Fantastic villa in a great location, connection to local hotel with private beach was a gamechanger and the staff (Julie especially) were amazing. The attention to detail as well as care and effort to make our stay perfect was greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back again and again.

Views across the bay, welcome, daily housekeeping, presentation, big enough for the four of us comfortably. Convenient for Agios Nikolaos and Elounda. Use of Domes Elounda hotel beach.

The host (Monica) was really lovely and helpful with our check-in, she met us there when we arrived. The villa was clean and comfortable, had an amazing view over the pool. There was a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit available to us. We made dinner and breakfast at home during this stay, which was lovely. Close drive to nearby towns. Good facilities including laundry. Pool was clean.

The pool area was not cosy and dated, some improvements could have been made. The stove in the kitchen is old, was not possible to cook any meal on it. The air conditioning could not keep up with heat, was too hot to sleep at night. Bathrooms showers were old, taking a shower was a challenge The kitchen utensil were limited. The gym was not possible to use as the airco was always off and it was too hot too exercise

The road in is steep and a bit of a test of your driving skills! But manageable. you need transport to get into town, visit tavernas etc. More information in room on taxi services would help.

Helpful and friendly on site hosts. Breakfast really convenient reliable delivery and good. great pool area, not overlooked. Excellent air conditioning. Property facilities and furnishings much better than expected.

Everything was very good: helpful and friendly staff, very clean villa, good pool. You can use the beach and facilities of the 5* sister hotel in Elounda, which we really loved.

Great views and location near Elounda, Plaka and Agios Nikolaus. Wonderful service from Julie who was always on hand to help and Mr Tassos (I think) who made our pool look so inviting every morning.

Some of the electrical equipment was a bit dated and the satellite Tv in the lounge wasn’t working, which wasn’t ideal.

There is the road nearby. It's not a highway, but you hear noise.

In the villa we found everything we needed. Service was very good. Cleanliness. Beautiful sea view. Staff was very helpful and nice, especially Lina from the reception.

Some doors to the villa did not lock and we spent a fair amount of time waiting for them to be repaired before we could confidently head out for the evening. In the end they weren’t repaired so we spent the whole stay nervous as we couldn’t lock up. There was a smart TV but access to the internet was locked (they said it was policy but this wasn’t the case in any other place we stayed in Greece). The wifi did not work downstairs where the bedrooms were located. The channel box provided did not work (which was our only way of receiving English speaking channels) and took a day to be repaired/replaced. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and sadly on our 2nd day the bins were not emptied after a night of seafood.

The villa had an amazing view, a comfortable pool area and very luxurious bathrooms. The location was out of the busy town, which was great for parking but you definitely need a car if staying here. It was handy having a washing machine and the kitchen had everything you needed to prepare the basics. They also provided some delivery menus for restaurants so you could relax which we took advantage of.

The property itself looked like it could really do with some refurbishment. For me there could have been a couple of armchairs with arm rests as I have a bad back and it was difficult getting up from the low sofa.
