Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomFittings and furnishings tired and worn - including a very wobbly desk! Looks like everything was kitted out more than 20 years ago and hasn't been updated since. Electric sockets availability and siting in room not fit for digital age. Only socket near desk was under it and used to power a lamp. Bathroom had bath (!) with chipped enamel, clingy shower curtain and poor water pressure. Not 5 star. Bottom end 4 star maybe.
Very comfortable. Excellent air conditioning in room. Good selection of food and drink for included breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff - particularly for dinner service. close to Dimotiko Theatro Athens Metro line 3 station (goes to central Athens and the airport). Good value for money.

France- 5 stars maybe for Greece but not for France or Ireland standard … (or maybe 5 stars 30 years ago). - I booked the room last minute while I was boarding my flight & I selected the wrong credit card. The hotel send me a private message to tel me they were fully booked and that I had to give them another credit card asap if I wanted to have the room guaranteed. Fair enough, except they were quite impolite, almost rude about it. No hello, no thank you. I managed to send new credit card details before my flight took off, and they never answered my message then … - I booked a superior room and not sure I got the room o book since it was a triple room. Since we arrived at midnight and left at 7, it didn’t really matter. - Breakfast is handy but really basic and average.
Overall I will recommend the hotel. It’s very handy to take the ferry. Also they have 24h hours reception if you land late. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and very clean.

Going to this hotel is a time travel to the late 80ties, everything was nice and clean … the room could need a rebrush, so does the whole hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good area, really close to metro and port within walking distance, little roof top pool with nice view and tasty breakfast, perfect for a stop over coming from airport and going to the port for a cyclades trip!

United KingdomThe swimming pool desperately needs a good clean. Ledges are filthy. For a 5 star I would have expected tea/coffee in room with kettle rather than having to ask . Had to purchase own tea bags (or take from dining hall at breakfast which felt wrong)
