We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceNothing in particular, you just need to be aware of the location that is not "reachable walking" from the port. But if you have a car or able to take a taxi, it's largely offset by the quality, the quietness and the very reasonable cost.
Excellent option in Pireaus port for after / before a ferry. It's not next to the port, so you need a car or take a taxi to go the port (5 min drive), but it has the advantage to be less crowded and have plenty of free parking in the street. The rooms / appartment are brand new and very large, with large windows and balcony / terrace. There are few options to eat around. Good choice, i would consider it again for a next stay!

AustraliaWe had a room on the roof and it couldn’t have been better. We just needed somewhere to stay for the night before catching a ferry and the Piraeus Relax was perfect. Easy to find, convenient parking on the street (shout out to Athens Car Rental for meeting us here to hand back the car), shops in walking distance and great facilities in the room. It was very nice to sit in the large rooftop area and watch the world go by. Also appreciated access to the well equipped laundry.

BelgiumIt's located 25 minutes on foot away from the metro, not 10 minutes. Since the pavements are pretty non-existent in the neighbourhood, it's even longer when you have luggage and it's hot outside. The terminal our ship was departing (terminal B) from was 6 km away from the hotel. The city centre is approximately the same distance.
It's very clean and calm. We could order a very tasty food at midnight. The stuff is very friendly. It's a modern building.

I'm a truck driver from England. I was in customs 2 with nk a/c, so I was really pleased to find Piraeus Relax . You get a code via email, and your key is in the lobby . The room is great. Decent air con decent tv , balcony, and shower .. local bars, not touristic . Caught Uber back to customs €7. Great support via email, too.

AustraliaWe were the first room next to the property door which made noise when people entered and exited. We’re staying another night on the way back from island hopping, hopefully a little further from the door. The location is good for accessing the port but there’s not many restaurants around and the area itself is a little run down.
We stayed one night in Piraeus before taking a ferry the next day. We arrived from Australia in the morning and were allowed to check in early which was amazing. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable and really couldn’t have asked for much more for the price

New ZealandThe place was spotless, a nice outdoor terrace, luxurious bathroom, well equipped kitchenette, very spacious room, you can use the laundry there and there is complimentary coffee and tea. The cleaning staff were very attentive and friendly. It is close to public transport and there is a weekly market right outside the door where you can buy fresh produce.
