We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GreeceOnly downside was the air conditioning performing below par , i don't know if it was the specific room or a general problem but it won't be fun if the room can't get cool enough in the summer ,still only a minor inconvenience for me
Great location ,quiet neighborhood ,my room was great , lots of parking space around the Aparthotel plus 10 minutes walk to the metro station should you need it , staff won't bother you so if you are an introvert you will have a great time , i am not one but i still enjoy my peace and quiet.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment on Booking, it seemed such a good value for money. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Host was thoughtful and fun. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and terrace are super clean and light. Good Piraeus location. Thanks a lot! We will be back!

Bosnia and HerzegovinaCons: What we really didn't like was that it wasn't clean properly, the floor had spots from spills/food, and some of the dishes had left over from food that stuck on.(which brings ants from balcony) The neighbourhood is so-so, and it's not very comfortable to walk there at night. Water pumps lose water very easily, so if 1 person showers, the other one has to wait up to 30 mins, or you are going to end up without water in the shower completely. Pillows are very high, which bothers us, but maybe some people won't. If you have big and heavy luggage, dont walk from metro to hotel as roads are horrible and sidewalk are or non-existent or in a very rough shape, so rather call a taxi.
Pros: Staff is very nice, we came earlier than the check-in time, and they asked us which room we have, and they prioritized that room so we could go in asap. Place is 15ish mins walking from metro, which is not bad, honestly. In the room, you have everything you need from utensils You have a few small grocery stores around for necessary stuff you need. Theres few restaurants, fast food, and bakeries around, which is great. Staff brings you new towels i think on 3rd day which is very nice. Building has an elevator and a very nice terrace on the 3rd floor for everyone to use.

United StatesThere could have been more electrical outlets and more easily accessible ones to charge a cell phone or more than one device.
Close to the port and the metro station. Was an old style Hotel but had all the basic anemities. I was travelling alone so the room I had was big enough. 24 hour reception, someone always available and helpful at the front desk. Great value especially for a quick stay for me coming and going to and coming back from different Aegean islands.
