So clean and beautiful! Hotel had just undergone a refurb and they did such a great job. Room was clean and stunning. So close to ferry port and great food options. Front desk staff were so nice and accommodating, really went above and beyond advising us of where our ferry would be. Would 100% book again.

Was a bit noisy but that was probably due to some inconsiderate fellow travellers and not the fault of the hotel.

I thought the family room was excellent. A set of comfortable bunk beds and a good sized double for the adults. Good air con comes in handy for those hot athens nights! Really great location if you are catching an early ferry from Piraeus.

A little clinical and not a lot of natural light for a long term stay, but wonderful staff and clean and convenient especially if you are arriving or departing on the ferries to the Islands

Perfect location very close to the SeaJets port (Walking with suitcases no problem). Clean, tidy rooms, bunks great with kids. Breakfast was reasonable for 10€ price

Shame that they dont have a restaurant but there is a wonderful homemade souvlaki place, like 100m down the road (exit turn right, corss the first road and its there in front of you). The roof top bar is nice but only open in the evening. The lifts are very cramped and small (max 2 people).

The location was pretty good, being close to PIraeus marina/waterfront which is where we needed to be close by, to catch our cruise the next morning. We only had an overnight stay. We were a bit surprised to have to pay 12 euros for early check in but I guess that's the hotels policy. The receptionist was super helpful in ordering taxi's, describing the surrounding area and where to catch our cruise the next day.

Everything was fine really

The shower was very good. The location for the port was perfect as had an early morning ferry to Naxos to catch. Aircon worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly

Corners in the bathroom were too close together (e.g. shower stall and sink stand), so it may be difficult for some to squeeze through in between them to get to the toilet (especially in the dark). Space was certainly limited, all around, but everything in Greece seems to be too close together... All in all, my daughter and I appreciated our stay at Piraeus City Hotel.

ALL Staff (especially Ophelia and Nikolas,(?)) were super-accommodating and helpful. When I needed to store one of my bags for an extended period before my overnight stay at the Piraeus City Hotel, Ophelia happily did so for me, relieving me of the significant inconvenience and expense of taking it with me as I flew to Kos on Aegean Air before I embarked on the Oosterdam for my 11-day cruise. Nikolas (?) helped me book a rental car for my daughter's and my stay. Another receptionist whose name I didn't catch directed me to park in the hotel's 2 small spaces in front of the hotel. All cleaning staff attendants were smiling and helpful, redirecting me whenever I needed assistance with anything --- Even when they didn't speak English, they made sure to refer my issue to others who did. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was tight quarters, but clean and adequate for our needs. We loved enjoying the balcony when the hot sun was down. Great place to dry hand washed clothes overnight, too.

Clean, modern, efficient, with lovely staff at desk who are eager to help. A/C powerful yet quiet, didn't need it on for long. Hot water in shower truly hot, with ample shower gel. Free bottles of water. Perfect pit-stop when arriving late from the airport before taking morning ferry. Within 5-10 min walking distance from Piraeus metro that takes you direct to the airport, though they offer a taxi service.

This hotel is worth considering if you need to get to the ferry port early in the morning. Walking distance, ca. 10-15mins to get to the port.
