Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Stateswe wish we had a little better view from our balcony because we booked the suite for that reason but everything else was exceptional so we didn’t mind that much.
the staff went above and beyond to make us happy. they made sure we had breakfast which was wonderful and that we felt comfortable. all the areas you g the hotel were sparkling clean and the towels and linens smelled so fresh! something I haven’t experimented any other hotel.. we will visit again for sure and we highly recommend!

United KingdomThe staff at the Pilion were absolutely lovely - kind, thoughtful and incredibly helpful. The owner of the hotel drove us to dinner because we didn’t want to drink and drive, and then he picked us up - which was beyond sweet. The recommendation for dinner was fantastic. Beds were comfortable, shower very good, breakfast delicious - what more could we have asked for? Thanks to all at the Pilion for making our stay so welcoming.

United StatesAir conditioning is not really working at this hotel which is a major issue when you visit in the summer. None of our three rooms had one that was cooling properly. Also WiFi reception is only at the lobby the rooms don’t get proper WiFi service at all.
The owners and staff are very nice. Location is good to go for trips around Pelion.
