You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GreeceI booked a double room for one person only, because there were not any available single rooms through booking. However, when I arrived the hotel had single rooms available, but my payment was nonrefundable. So I suggest that the hotel makes a larger variety of rooms available through booking.
A short and pleasant stay in Volos. Location of the hotel is very nice, nearby restaurants and coffee shops. Clean and functional room with new A/C which allowed to work confortably during the really hot hours of the summer.

We needed a place to stay for a night next to the Volos port and this hotel was very close, nice, clean and comofrtable. Wish we had time to explore Volos more, but the stay for a night was pleasant. We came by car, there is a big parking area right next to the hotel, that was quite important for us.

We used the Philippos Hotel as a stopping point on the way to the north. The location is ideal, with easy access to the port and shopping. Car parking was free, although the hotel has three parking bays right outside, but all were taken. Thanassis was on duty that evening, and Katerina the next morning, and both were friendly and knowledgeable, with excellent English.

AustraliaHotel is close to the ferry terminal, located on a busy junction but further from city shops. Noise from traffic and from people passing by was constant most of the night.
Looked renovated, had a lift to level 3 and the room was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable. Suitable for a short stopover while waiting for the next ferry! Reception staff were very helpful.

Check-in & check-out quick, easy, seamless. (It wasn’t busy at those times, so it made it easier.) Given the recent flooding in Vólo and the state of the streets/pavements outside, the hotel was remarkably clean and serene. The room did not smell of stale (or fresh!) cigarette smoke. Great, thank you! Lady who managed the breakfast buffet was super-polite & super-nice. She deserves a raise.
