Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Self organised shuttle to accommodation, but accommodation arranged transport to Ferry Terminal free of which was great. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean.

United StatesThere’s nothing we didn’t like, although it did take us a bit to figure out that the room key also controlled lights and the A/C.
Pick-up from the airport was easy; “George” (sp?)was standing outside baggage claim with a big sign. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful -language was no barrier at all. Breakfast choices were great, whether you wanted a more traditional European meal or American. Location was within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the metro, although the hotel offered a shuttle for anyone needing one within the immediate vicinity.

South AfricaThe location is a double edged sword. While it is close to restaurants etc. It is also above some nightclubs, so on a weekend the partying and singing carries on to early hours.
Location is great, close to multiple restaurants and yacht club. Staff are very helpful, also they have a free shuttle service to and from the port or metro-very helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Piraeus if you’re catching a ferry. The staff are delightful and super helpful. They offer a free shuttle to your ferry. A generous breakfast buffet opens at 5:30 am for those catching an early ferry. Beds are comfy and showers are great. It’s near the marina which is full of restaurants and bars.

Perfect location for taking a ferry at the port. They provided a shuttle to the port and it was very prompt. The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided breakfast, which was wonderful. And the lady managing breakfast was a delight.
