Excellent host. Simple but ample bar cafe on site. Beautiful location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great Poole. Yards from the beach. Multiple restaurants and variety within yards of the hotel, street side and beach side. Would happily return.

The location is excellent from your apartment/studio is steps from the beach and restaurants.The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful, the whole of the property is spotless and well cared for. All in all an amazing stay.

The staff is incredibly kind and sweet, always ready to help with all your needs. The view from the 2nd floor is beautiful and the food and drinks at the pool bar are really tasty with a reasonable price. It was a pleasure to stay at the Phaedra Hotel and it would be a pleasure to come back eventually. Thank you!

From the excellent communication, even before our holiday began, to the warm welcome, exceptional service, and pristine facilities, everything was perfect. I cannot fault anything in this hotel, I would definitely come back.

A lovely welcome from the host Nikos and the staff when I arrived at the hotel, great room, much larger than expected and very well equipped. Georgia is wonderful and runs the pool bar, so helpful with everything. Pool is superb and the beach just past that, so everything very close to the hotels rooms. A wonderful hotel with lots of returning guests, year after year, it has a great family atmosphere.

The hotel is just perfect-it has a great location on the beach& close to all restaurants& shops. The rooms are spacious, the grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool area and beach very tidy and the poolbar has a good selection of food& drinks. The best asset of the hotel is its over- the- top staff! Everyone is super friendly and doing their best to make your holiday a special one. Even though it is not a 5 star hotel officially, it truly feels like one to us.

Awesome location near the beach with a lovely swimming pool beachfront. Lovely and welcoming owners Nikos and Georgia who were most helpful with information. We had a split level sea view room and they supplied beach towels, robes and slippers. Room was spacious with a small clothesline on the balcony and pegs. Lovely smelling shampoo and body wash. A kitchenette was provided. Don’t hesitate to book this fabulous property! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The hospitality of Nikos and the team was second to none - his help was invaluable and he gave us such good genuine recommendations of great restaurants. The location is perfect for a short ride on the bus to Chania as well as a short drive to other places. The beach and pool were quiet and clean!

I especially want to mention the great customer service! We were almost the last customers and yet they managed to be friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was also ideal for us. Everything was well taken care of and the wonderful sea almost in the backyard. Parking for the car was easily found on the street in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

All lovely and just what is needed in a holiday!

The best view on the North Coast - Truly stunning!! Amazing host and everything we needed with a beautiful pool on the beach but secluded and felt very private. Nikos was super thoughtful and helpful and will help with anything needed to make the stay super special. A FANTASTIC Gem of a place - If heading to Stalos do not book anywhere else as this is truly the best :-)

Well. What can I say. After my very last minute booking I got a call from the lovely hotel manager Nikos, who sent me some additional pics of the room I stayed to make sure that I'm completely happy. Then after the first night I went to the pool bar and met the wonderful Georgia, who's taking care of every single guest with her heart and serves delicious breakfast, snacks and refreshing drinks. Georgia is the best! A place with a very nice and calm atmosphere right next to the beach. Coming back asap!

Spacious rooms just in front of the beach. Very nice pool too, with a bar and sorrounded by a garden. 20 minutes by car from the very pretty city of Chania.
