Location is perfect. The pool and the whole area around it is amazing, breakfast was very good. One of my favourite hotel stay ever. The bed was huge!

You can’t drive in the old town most hours of the day and therefore can’t park your car near the hotel. We found parking on the street about 10 min by foot though (there are also parking lots but it’s expensive😬)

Nice calming environment, the staff is nice and helpful with everything we needed. The pool sitting area has a really nice vibe, perfect for resting and recharging. Nice breakfast and great location.

Home from home. Pepi is a lovely hotel. The courtyard is a tranquil paradise. Relaxation at its best sunbathing amongst palm trees. The poached eggs at breakfast are amazing and the staff are really friendly. The location is great. The old town is very charming and there are lots of tavernas and places to eat nearby. You can explore as much or as little of Crete as you like from here and you will love it.

This boutique hotel in the middle of Rethymno’s lively old town was a delight to return to throughout our stay, offering luxurious comfort, peaceful calm (both indoors and out), and a warm and always welcoming staff. Daily breakfast by the pool was exceptional!

We had booked a junior suite and got a duplex on the first floor. Very pleasant room, nice smell in the bathroom. Great breakfast in the patio. Great location.

It was towards the end of the season but it felt like they were getting the hotel ready for closing - not much effort put in to putting out seat cushions, coming round to see if you wanted a drink from the bar (they put out menus but you rarely see anyone). The pool is lovely but very cold and not cleaned particularly well - I took that on as my job for the holiday!

Location in Rethymno is great and there are loads of amazing restaurants within a few minutes walk. The breakfast was great, 6 different cooked options which were excellent plus plenty of Greek yoghurt, fruit, breads and cold meats/cheeses. The room was spacious (we had the standard room) and it was more than enough unless you’re planning on staying in your room!

The bathroom in our room could do with a small upgrade. Not much storage for toiletries, some shelving would be worth adding, also resealing the shower as was some leaking. Other than that everything was perfect!

The location is perfect! So close to everything but a quiet area. The breakfast was amazing every morning, had everything you could want. Loved the pool area, it was a small pool but big enough to cool down in the heat and a gorgeous area to just sit and relax.

The mattress on the bed was too firm for our liking.

Very good breakfast, including a freshly cooked a la carte options which were all very tasty. The scenery and location were excellent, in a perfect distance for all the excursions we had planned. Highlight was the staff, who were all very friendly and recommend beaches and the Kourtaliotiko Gorge which was a highlight of our trip.
