I loved everything about the facility

The property was beautiful. The weather was amazing. Pool was stunning. The rooms were great. The staff was incredible.

Walk to Thira is pretty tough going in the heat, there are no pavements for awhile. There isn’t almost a centre of Karterados and most of the restaurants are on the road surrounded by cars if you eat outside bar 1 or 2. Nothing to do/see in the immediate area, tried to walk in the village and all the churches are closed. Will most likely need to rent an atv/scooter.

A really lovely hotel in Karterados, the pool area is fantastic, and staff friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and large.

The reception closed at 8pm. It 8pmwould have been wonderful if there was a service available after 8pm for drinks and snacks order

Bed slightly too hard for my taste - sorry!

Really welcoming and helpful staff. Our plane was delayed 3 hours and we ended up arriving at midnight, and George our driver was still waiting there patiently. Anna and Anastasia at the front desk were both very communicative, and organised us transport and things to do during our short stay. The rooms are a little basic, but airconned and comfortable enough. The pool area is the main feature of the place, and the included breakfast the best we've had on all our stays in Greece! Never tasted olives so good!!

Very nice location - Karterados and the rooms were super comfy and spacious. The pool area was great and optional buffet breakfast was really filling. All the staff and residents were really friendly!

Location: perfect, to be close to Oia (20 minutes), Fira (10) and Airport (5). Room: Everything according to the description, double bed in one room and separate beds in the other. An air conditioner in the room, which perfectly kept everything air-conditioned. There is a balcony. It doesn't have a kitchen. Bathroom: Normal for those in the town, very good and equipped. Pool: Perfect for relaxing, sunbathing on your beds. Parking: There is parking on site Highly recommended place

The location is central which is great to commute to any other place in the island The staff is amazing especially Anastasia (i hope i am writing her name correctly). She made sure to gave us all the necessary information beforehand and was always available to answer our questions with a smile

Bed was on the firm side. What would have been a really nice bathroom by Greek standards was spoilt by very poor drainage of water in the shower.

Breakfast very good but coffee could be better. Pool very nice. Good size room. Fira was walkable and a couple of good, more local tavernas/restaurants.

The breakfast was epic, there’s more than enough choice of different items and the owners/staff are super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, in fact they went above and beyond with their hosting, the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spotless and it’s great value for money, beautiful hotel and literally can’t wait to come back!

We just have a problem with our bathroom, it was getting flooded when we took a shower, the drain wasn’t working properly (room 10), I would say it could be an isolated case.

It was a really nice place and quiet, Anastácia is an amazing host, is around 20 min on foot from the city center Fira.

Salty water, was bit difficult to rinse mouth with salt water. Spring bed has given and avg comfort
