Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very helpful staff, excellent location. The room was small but neat, with a bathroom, hairdryer and small fridge. Also had aircon, which we needed in the middle of summer! Also please be mindful that you cannot drive in the area where this property is, you will need to walk there.

GermanyWe spent a wonderful 5 days in Mykonos. We chose the hotel because of its location and the affordable price, and we were happy with our choice. The location is excellent, the hotel owner is very polite and responsive. We had a faulty kettle in our room, and it was immediately replaced. The room, though small, was very clean and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent place for a night or longer. The room was centrally located but on a very quiet street. There were items left for breakfast, water in the fridge and toothbrush and toothpaste kit which is very useful if you forget to pack the basics like we did. Thanks!

United KingdomThe pension is in a perfect location and very central, despite it we were able to sleep every night with the windows open as the street is quite and with only little shops. The room for four people was a bit tight but definitely enough for one week stay where you spend most of your time outside. The pension has stairs that can be difficult to climb if you have mobility problems, but this is the same in every house in the city centre. Ageliki was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions and requests in a timely manner. We will definitely book this pension again. Thank you Ageliki!
