The place is simple, but functional and clean. Overall a good value for the money. Everything in Naxos/Chora is reachable by foot within a few minutes. There’s a bus stop close by that connects you to the port, the airport, and other places on the island. Irene (the original), is a great host and may greet you on occasion with a home-made cake.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The kindness of the owner was incomparable and we couldn’t feel more welcome. The location is excellent, a short walking distance from the city beach and city centre.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the main street and shops. We were looking for a budget-friendly option, and this apartment met all our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. The host is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. However, keep in mind that they do not speak English, so we communicated primarily through messages. We were pleasantly surprised with a small gift and cake as a parting gesture. Would recommend and stay again.

My stay at Pension Irene 1 was wonderful. Stavros and Irene were so sweet, helpful, and friendly. It was easy to extend my stay and they made me feel very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable and even had a heated blanket. Close to town and restaurants. Since it was the off season, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Nothing, everything was perfect

We had an extremely enjoyable stay at pension Irene. We stayed in the deluxe apartment which was really spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need! There’s a lovely big balcony too. The location is perfect and the host was really friendly and gave us some great recommendations upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely big room with beautiful decor and modern facilities. AC and hot water all the time. Very close to the beach, port and buses to other areas. Very clean. Irene was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Very clean and comfortable. Irene is so welcoming and friendly, despite not speaking any English! Fantastic location with a lovely view from the balcony over the hills. I would highly recommend it.
