Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustriaInitially we booked a sea view room, which was VERY loud from the evening entertainment until after 11pm, also the smell on the balcony was VERY bad there from a water treatment plant next to the hotel. We asked to change room and were moved to a room facing the parking lot, which was super quiet and much more entertaining for the kids anyway (how priorities shift when you have kids 😅). And the smell was gone. The hotel facilities and pools are quite old and run down (except for the kids pools, they seem to be brand new), the outdoor furniture however is nice and the sun beds comfy. The Food at the buffet was not very interesting and the eating area does not have a very nice atmosphere. So overall very mixed, but def great with kids if you don’t want to spend a fortune for a beautiful boutique hotel and you are ok with not so amazing buffet food. (there are a few nice beach restaurants that serve great food nearby after all).
Friendly staff, good value for money. Kids loved the kids pools. (Our three year old is still talking about the big bucket on top of the slide - it’s tipping over every few minutes and causing a big splash). We stayed in new rooms, which were amazing. But that said, not all floors seem to be newly renovated.

United KingdomI felt with staying for 2 weeks another type of restaurant which wasn't a buffet self service would be great. Mexican or Italian. You were only allowed one free allocation a week at the a la carte restaurant. Great to be waited on. Certain times in the buffet restaurant were very busy & manic. The hotel needs to invest in a better water sanitation sewage treatment plant. When the wind blew in a certain direction it hovered over the outside eating area. Shame., the breakfast outside area had great views & was cool despite the hot sunshine.
Everything was just spot on....from the taxi picking us up, organised by the hotel, the location excellent, our room was stunning. I had previously requested a great room overlooking the pool & the sea. The wonderful staff did just that. We had paid extra for a seaview deluxe room on the adults section of the hotel. We were on the 5th floor room 547. The food was very varied & the a la carte restaurant was excellent. The beach was beautiful & safe. The infinity pool was amazing. The hotel was so clean. The staff were so kind & helpful. Fully inclusive package was worth having. Yes, we know in a fully inclusive package the spirits are going to be local BUT there is an option to pay for real cocktails at a cost. I found the ones the efficient barmen made hit the spot. The local lager beer was very good which was free with the all inclusive package The infinity pool which is a new addition for 2024 was spectacular. The pools are warm enough despite not being heated. This hotel had everything you could wish for, for a perfect holiday. Thank you Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel Management & staff 🙌

PolandThe beds are really soft so not really comfortable. I also got food poisoning once. TV could be in any other language besides German :) But it doesn’t matter as everything was very good !
The beach is part of the hotel where you can have beach chairs free of charge. It is nice and clean. The balcony view is amazing. All the staff is super friendly, especially Tsabikos, Andreas, Joanna from the bar. Already missing you guys :) room was always super clean.

HungaryI asked for ealry check-in well before our arrival, but it was not possible when we arrived. We booked 1 extra day because the last day our flight was in the evening, so we don't need to leave the room in the morning and we can still enjoy the beverages and after the day we can have a shower in our room before our trip ends. One day before our last day I asked for lunch package, because we won't be able to participate the last breakfast, however the receiptionist said, it is not possible because they don't have an option like this. From a 4* hotel I would expect that they can prepare some snacks, especially I booked an extra day. The food is average quality, nothing culinary. If you visit local restaurant you feel the difference You get every drink in reusable plastic cups with full of ice. I would prefer either disposable cups or glasses for hygien reason. You don't get bottled water, but there are those weird water machines (i'm not sure if it's filtered or not and how often the filter is replaced if it is), but the taste of water is terrible. Unfortunately we got a vomiting virus which took 1 day for both us wtith 1 day difference. I believe it was because of the icecubes and I assume the icecubes are made of tap water.
The hotel , room and the beach is very nice as I expected based on the pictures. The staff is also helpful and nice.

United KingdomWe booked all inclusive but would not do so with the benefit of hindsight : the range of drinks available was limited; the food was very poor (very monotonous, very bland and "hot" food was never warmer than tepid. A number of carpets (especially in high traffic areas - eg near lifts) were loose and posed trip hazards. Having booked a deluxe room on an all inclusive basis, I find it objectionable to have to pay €3 per day for use of the in room safe. A number of the sun loungers were damaged.
Location is fantastic with direct access to a large beach. Immediately outside the front of the hotel is a bus stop with direct buses to Rhodes Town in one direction and Faliraki & Lindos in the other. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Alicia on front desk. Room size was excellent.

HungarySometimes, the water machine gave only lukewarm water. The restaurant is often too crowdy.
Price/value rate is very good. There was always free deck chair at the beach, nice rooms and social places. All inclusive services have a very good quality. Rhodos town is easily accessible by local bus. The beach is good, sea was warm and shallow. Highly recommended!

SloveniaThe breakfest was classic with wide variety of food. Also the lunch and dinner. The food for the hotel was above the expectations and we were really surprised. My girlfriend is gluten intolerant and they had everyday marked at least some food that is gluten free with special signs. They also prepared gluten free pasta for her at request. I would really like to thank the whole staf they were amazing. From the reception staf to the barista, kitchen…Plus they serve Gyros, pizza, pancakes as a snacks from 12:00 …delicious. Coming back with some extra kilogram.

SlovakiaIt wasn’t my first stay there, so I can compare it with those previous. I would like to say that changing the animation team is really big step backward for the hotel! Any saying hello to the guests, especially those main one with weird voice. Like people disturbing him… The atmosphere wasn’t good and daily programs were very poor. Especially those night ,,shows,, were too weak comparing last years. By rotation the speakers oposite to rooms the programm was too loud with echogenity and nounderstanding. And another thing which should be changed in 4stars hotel… could be nice to get bottled water instead those horrible water from the machines and please, change those disgusting old beach plastic cups. Could be nice also to get less dirty plates and cups!
Really nice room with huge terrace and amazing seaview, cleaned everyday. Also I like to come again cause of some nice staff there which makes my mood better. Hotel is close to the sandy beach, bus stop if front of hotel to the historical center and center of Faliraki. More sunbeds and new pool comparing last years.

United KingdomBungalow with private pool was outdated but what annoyed that we had to chase other guests from our private patio and private pool. People kept coming to us thinking that they can use our private pool as it didn’t have a proper barriers from the rest of hotel area and sign of private was too small to be noticed. We actually got stressed every time to explain other that it is our private pool and patio with outdoor furniture. One lady with a child almost got into our bungalow thinking it is a toilet as door was left opened. It was nice to have own private pool but stressful to explain others it is only our. We were relieved when we moved to deluxe room later. Deluxe room design was 10 times greater than bungalow as bungalow was outdated and lots of mosquitos. You have to bring anti-mosquitos spray and gel for bites.
I loved the welcomeness. We have arrived late after dinner time and we were offered prepared sandwiches. Our luggages were taken to our booked bungalow. Customer service was brilliant! The location is perfect as well, 1min walk to private beach. Beach has sports activities. Hotel spa was amazing, customer service above and beyond. Food was great! Deluxe rooms were amazing. Firstly we were staying in bungalow with private pool which was outdated and then we moved to deluxe room with a sea view which was amazing change. We were welcome with fruits and wine at our deluxe room. It had hot tube bath which my daughter enjoyed. Animation team was very nice and friendly. My daughter enjoyed mini discos and I enjoyed aqua dances in the mornings. Rhodes town can be reached with a bus and bus stop just in front of the hotel. The same with Lindos- can be reached with a bus too.

BelgiumA nets and measures against mosquito would be lovely; the staff in restaurant could be more professional;
Nice beachfront hotel, lovely apartment with top jacuzzi and sea view; easy to get to Rhodes city by bus or sea-bus; the food was good and delicious (including pizza bar and French frites); the hotel own beach is a huge plus even its difficult to find good sun bed because majority of people leave their towels in early morning without using it for hours. The beach is ok with some stones but also sandy part. Good value for money.
