If your room has sea view and you are with kids that sleep earlier than eleven ask them to put you in a quite room as Hotel do very nice different shows every from 9-11pm, I had this issue they solved very fast and they put as in a quite and nicer place(in my opinion) as we could enjoy sunrise and moonrise :)

The food was outstanding for 10 days it was perfect plenty of choices, salads cakes and main dishes, and also between meals time, maybe you should post more photos of the different dishes as for me its very important to see that, also staff is very efficient and friendly solving any issue that you may have Dimitris at reception was very helpful as Vasilikis with Babys eating saloon, They taught me a couple of lesson for life in the way they treat you making you feel very comfortable in a very genuine way.

The only thing we didn't like / realise is that we needed to put the do - not - disturb sign on the door, otherwise the cleaners would come in at 8am!

The beach view was amazing, the room was lovely and clean - nothing I could fault!

Can’t mention such a thing. My family and I were content with everything during our stay.

The breakfast was abundant. Huge variety! I literally became obsessed with the desserts. There were a lot of kinds of cookies and cakes, they were scrumptious. Everyone could eat what they wanted.

It wasn’t my first stay there, so I can compare it with those previous. I would like to say that changing the animation team is really big step backward for the hotel! Any saying hello to the guests, especially those main one with weird voice. Like people disturbing him… The atmosphere wasn’t good and daily programs were very poor. Especially those night ,,shows,, were too weak comparing last years. By rotation the speakers oposite to rooms the programm was too loud with echogenity and nounderstanding. And another thing which should be changed in 4stars hotel… could be nice to get bottled water instead those horrible water from the machines and please, change those disgusting old beach plastic cups. Could be nice also to get less dirty plates and cups!

Really nice room with huge terrace and amazing seaview, cleaned everyday. Also I like to come again cause of some nice staff there which makes my mood better. Hotel is close to the sandy beach, bus stop if front of hotel to the historical center and center of Faliraki. More sunbeds and new pool comparing last years.

Some of the staff were bit rude. Needs updating in parts but were told hotel was being renovated.

Bungalow with private pool was outdated but what annoyed that we had to chase other guests from our private patio and private pool. People kept coming to us thinking that they can use our private pool as it didn’t have a proper barriers from the rest of hotel area and sign of private was too small to be noticed. We actually got stressed every time to explain other that it is our private pool and patio with outdoor furniture. One lady with a child almost got into our bungalow thinking it is a toilet as door was left opened. It was nice to have own private pool but stressful to explain others it is only our. We were relieved when we moved to deluxe room later. Deluxe room design was 10 times greater than bungalow as bungalow was outdated and lots of mosquitos. You have to bring anti-mosquitos spray and gel for bites.

I loved the welcomeness. We have arrived late after dinner time and we were offered prepared sandwiches. Our luggages were taken to our booked bungalow. Customer service was brilliant! The location is perfect as well, 1min walk to private beach. Beach has sports activities. Hotel spa was amazing, customer service above and beyond. Food was great! Deluxe rooms were amazing. Firstly we were staying in bungalow with private pool which was outdated and then we moved to deluxe room with a sea view which was amazing change. We were welcome with fruits and wine at our deluxe room. It had hot tube bath which my daughter enjoyed. Animation team was very nice and friendly. My daughter enjoyed mini discos and I enjoyed aqua dances in the mornings. Rhodes town can be reached with a bus and bus stop just in front of the hotel. The same with Lindos- can be reached with a bus too.

A nets and measures against mosquito would be lovely; the staff in restaurant could be more professional;

Nice beachfront hotel, lovely apartment with top jacuzzi and sea view; easy to get to Rhodes city by bus or sea-bus; the food was good and delicious (including pizza bar and French frites); the hotel own beach is a huge plus even its difficult to find good sun bed because majority of people leave their towels in early morning without using it for hours. The beach is ok with some stones but also sandy part. Good value for money.

The wi-fi is poor and the overall signal coverage is not great. The beach towel service can be improved easily.

The location is perfect, the beach is clean and warm, not crowded. People were warm and welcoming, the staff amazingly kind and professional.

Loads of mosquitos, so be prepared!

Excellent location, next to a bus stop. Very clean hotel, great atmosphere and food. Drinks also good. Food all day so definitely gained a couple of Kgs :). Fantastic infrastructure, beach amazing.

Beach is so close, clean, and with easy access to the sea. Food was so tasty for all-inclusive. We also liked drinks and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful see, so we could enjoy morning sunrise.

The airport shuttle is 40€, they brought us wine for welcome and it was expired (we tried it). The cocktails are not that good. The elevators are really slow.

The staff is very kind they don’t complicate. We had a room with sea view and it’s worth it really great views. The pool is great, cold. We had all inclusive so there is always snack bars and drinks. The wifi also good. The room is very comfortable.

Beach was clean with so many sunbeds that we found always a free one. The sea is nos shallow, however is great for swimming. On the beach it was also a toilet and more showers. The pools are really great size with good temperature for swimming and another one for the kids for playing with kids water world. Room clean and always quickly prepared during our breakfast. The staff was amazing and the animations team was really exceptional they spoke multiple languages - english, french, german, polish, czech.
