Absolutely amazing host Giannis and the perfect accommodation! The room has an amazing view and is in a great location in Syros. Giannis picked us up very early in the morning from the ferry port and provided with useful information about the places. We fully recommend this place as it’s excellent value for money and will come back in the near future!

It was really nice staying here. We hade a cute little balcony with views over the sea, the room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. Gianni the host was so nice, he guided us through Syros and we had a great experience thanks to him and his recommendations!

Location on the hill but with transportation to and from the ferry terminal it was not a big issue at all

Everything perfect for our needs.

The location was excellent-just slightly above the port and perfectly situated for exploring Ermoupoli.Our balcony provided for an excellent panaramic view over the seafront.Our stay was enhanced by Giannis,the owner,who picked us up at the port.He and his mother were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing fantastic value for money.

The owner and his family were perfect hosts from the moment we were met at the ferry. We were welcomed with coffee and cake and there was the chance to have coffee/cake throughout the day. We were given local information about the best places to visit, eat and buses to local beaches. The location of Pekakia Park is excellent, within walking distance from the main shops/eateries but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The owners made us feel so welcome it was a lovely stay.

"Pefkakia Park" is located in a quiet area, with amazing view (room "thalassa"). Giannis welcomed me with a lot of tips about the island, which helped my stay a lot. The room was refreshed daily. I highly recommend!

We were given the top floor apartment with own balcony and outdoor space and panoramic views of the hills of Ermopoli as well as the harbour. Exceptional space and such a wonderful first introduction to the island!

Amazing views! Looks better in person than in the pictures! Great location, 5-10 minute walk from the port and all the main area of the town. Fantastic and friendly hosts! Even picked up from the port upon arrival free of charge and provided so much detailed information. Overall a great family run establishment. I can’t recommend it enough. Syros was a highlight of the trip!!

Absolutely beautiful property in a perfect, central location. Giannis was hands down the best host we've encountered: he was incredibly friendly and gave us plenty of great recommendations for restaurants with live music, great bars, and good places to see on Syros. Pefkakia Park is the only place I'd want to stay if ever going to Syros again!

We were so lucky to stayed in this place. Gianni (host) picked us from the port and he was always available to provide us information to discover the island. Useful information from the public transport, restaurants till trek paths to uncover beaches as well. Basically, the room is comfy and with a nice balcony.

John and his mum are the most amazing hosts, picking us up from the port and giving us lots of suggestions and recommendations. He couldn't have been more helpful! V good location 5 minutes from the port and ten from the bus station. Room was v clean and comfortable. This is the place to stay in Syros!

As long as you can climb up and down stairs, nothing. Giannis carries your suitcase up to your rooms so no worries there!

Excellent view from our 2nd floor room of Anos Syros with PEFKAKIA PARK directly across the street, hence unobstructed view. Small balcony for our room but large covered terrace just outside hallway with view over town and sea. Our host Giannis and his mother went above and beyond, picking us up from the ferry and dropping us off the next day, gave us endless suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing, bus routes and schedules and all around incredible hosts! Would definitely stay again!
