There was nothing to dislike we loved Syros, our accommodation and the town it was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay and how holiday stay in Syros was magical. The view of the marina from the top room with a balcony was wonderful when we brought our coffee and cake up from the lovely Maria making us our greek coffee every morning was a true blessing. We found Giannis and Maria great hosts, Giannis picked us up from the port and drove us to the accommodation, the room is everything that you need comfortable modern and cleaned every day. Giannis gave us a lot of information about where to go upon our arrival which was very helpful. We caught the bus a lot to the beaches and other towns for 2 Euro for each trip and it was about a 5-7min walk down steps to the bus stop so not far at all.

Giannis met us at the ferry and took our bags down to the port when we left. One day we went to the beach and couldn't get a taxi to bring us back so I rang him and he immediately found us one. He had lots of good information on restaurants

We decided on a two weeks' trip on the Greek islands and Syros was our first stop. We mourned this island and stay for the rest of our vacation! Giannis and his mom Maria are absolute stars. The friendliness, availability and general good vibe are their differentiation on this overcrowded market in Syros. Sure the room and bathroom were nice, with a good balcony and super soft and comfortable pillows but the winning attribute is this family! The location of the property is a 10 mnts walk to Ermoupoli and it has free parking in the street in case you rent a car or a moto. Giannis will offer to pick you up and drop you off at the port and will provide you with all the tips and tricks you need. What a lovely hotel. We stayed one night in a triple and double room, booking the day before. Communication was immediate. The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and they offer excellent service. The rooms are furnished in a lovely way with a small kitchenette and nicely tiled bathroom with powerful shower. The rooms had a delightful terrace with plants, table and chairs and a washing line. The centre of town and port are just a short walk downhill. We were able to leave our luggage for the morning and it was bought to us at the port in time for our ferry. Wow! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing! Giannis and his wife were so kind. He came to the port to pick us up and even dropped our luggage off directly for us there. The room was so clean and comfortable and Giannis was so welcoming and hospitable. He even took the time to show us maps and make recommendations.

The location is good near to everything short walk 5 minutes to restaurants , shops , bars & port . Dimitris and his mother Maria are such lovely , welcoming people . They give you lots of information about the island and good tips for restaurants . Dimitris picks you up from the port so you don’t have to walk with your luggage . Rooms are very clean , coffee and cakes are offered complimentary in the room downstairs . We would definately stay again if we return to Syros !

- Exceptional hospitality by Mr. Giannis and Mrs Maria. They were genuinely helpful and they really take care of their property and their Guests. - Amazing sea views from the balcony, day and night. There is a nice shade if you want to sit outside during the day. - The room was comfortable, very clean and the property is in a great location; very close to the port and the main square.

It was really nice staying here. We hade a cute little balcony with views over the sea, the room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. Gianni the host was so nice, he guided us through Syros and we had a great experience thanks to him and his recommendations!

Everything perfect for our needs.

The location was excellent-just slightly above the port and perfectly situated for exploring Ermoupoli.Our balcony provided for an excellent panaramic view over the seafront.Our stay was enhanced by Giannis,the owner,who picked us up at the port.He and his mother were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Nothing fantastic value for money.

The owner and his family were perfect hosts from the moment we were met at the ferry. We were welcomed with coffee and cake and there was the chance to have coffee/cake throughout the day. We were given local information about the best places to visit, eat and buses to local beaches. The location of Pekakia Park is excellent, within walking distance from the main shops/eateries but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The owners made us feel so welcome it was a lovely stay.

"Pefkakia Park" is located in a quiet area, with amazing view (room "thalassa"). Giannis welcomed me with a lot of tips about the island, which helped my stay a lot. The room was refreshed daily. I highly recommend!
