It’s looking a little tired in the rooms /poolside

Hotel website said there was fitness centre, but there isn’t. Booking.com advert implied AC is free of charge at first glance. It isn’t.

No view from balcony, our room was facing the back streets. Aircon was not included and charged 7 euros per night. Ones added it leaked water the entire stay, was not fixed after letting the staff know. Shower was also leaking but quickly fixed by the staff. We did not choose breakfast at the hotel.

Good location, although very windy as it’s located on the windy beach side but a 20 min walk to Elli beach

The sun only shone on the pool for a few hours a day, because it was in the middle of apartment buildings. The shower didn't stay on the wall, you had to hold it in your hand when you showered.

Beds are so bad, breakfast, facilities aren’t enough, security, our door didn’t unlock I had to go down every time and ask if they could help me. The lady at reception desk is rude

It was not very clean. They gave me only one towel for 2 night stay. The room was old and it needs renovation. The breakfast is very poor. It is not worth for the money.

The staff is very polite. The location is perfect. 2 Minš from Airport bus stop, 2 Mins from the beach, 15 Minš to the port and old town. Swimming pool is very nice.

The staff there was really unproffesional. You could ask for towels and they got angry. You ask them to bring cups or spoons they literally started arguing that they did not want to give anything. The cleaning happened after 4 days when it was every 2 days. I do not recomend anyone to stay there

My room was cleaned once during a one week of stay. Cleaning included making the bed, changing fresh towels and emptying garbage bins. No floors or surfaces swept. Besides that one cleaning i was brought clean towels 3 days after the cleaning, nothing else. If you’re not a young person staying in the facility the music coming from the rooftop bar can be annoying. It’s very loud till 11pm on the 5th floor. I didn’t mind it but like i said it can be annoying for someone else. Air conditioning costs extra and was informed when i arrived. My reservation on booking didn’t say anything about missing the ac but i went through other visitors comments so i was prepared to pay before my arrival.

Locatiom was great and staff was very friendly. Rooms were just like in the picture and are durable for younger people who want to come to Rhodos to party and enjoy the sun.

We asked for a quiet room. One night, there was a very noisy party in the rooftop bar till 01.30 am. Our room was right below. The bar manager ignored to put the volume down. The next day I asked the reservation manager to provide some money back. He refused and told me to accommodate at another hotel. A professional manager would offer some compensation such as a free drink, late check out some others. I hope that the hotel will consider having a strong word with him or hiring someone else. In the bathroom, there is no shelf for toiletries. The IKEA shop sells some that do not require drilling and would fit nicely.

Clean rooms, modern rooms, nicely decorated lobby. Swimming podle area. Some of the reception staff was highly professional (Danae).

the rooms are very old, rough and run down. you also have to pay extra for the AC which I have never experienced before. there was also an older employee behind the reception desk who was very blunt and made very questionable excuses for some of the shortcomings of the property. Breakfast was also the worst breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel, I even had to wash my own plate, coffee cup and cutlery, the food was barely worth eating and was not displayed or stored in a way in which I would imagine would meet any food safety guidelines.

Misunderstandings with the staff, some furniture were almost ready to drop(lamb, towel holder), water in the sink was dropping

I didn't like having to chase up on getting the room cleaned which was supposed to happen every 3 days and the non-availability of a late checkout, which was specifically advertised at the front desk, and the lack of courtesy rooms to change/shower with the late night flight home.

I liked the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Marias and Dimitris, the rooftop bar was very good as well and the location was excellent.
