If you are a person that likes to sleep when on holiday, then this hotel is not for you! Without a doubt, the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was also renovations going on in the rooms opposite mine from early morning til early morning!! The banging and clanging was awful. The rooms are dated and mine was not very clean either, even though it was "cleaned" every other day. I did request an early check in and arrived at 1pm to be told to come back at 3pm, room still not ready at 3.

The location of this hotel is superb. Ideal for both the beach and the old town. The parts of the hotel that have already been renovated look to a high specification. The reception area was lovely as was the rooftop area.

A great hotel for travellers. Friendly informative staff. It has all I need. It has a superb rooftop bar and swimming pool. (When I say travelers I say if here on business or travels here is ideal )

Breakfast was same all week. Bread, butter, cheese, ham,juice and Coffee. It was lowseason so I understand.. Pool in The shadow all Day it seems. Tall buildings around. Never visited though.

they decided to throw a private party on the balcony until 3am. we asked multiple times when the music would be turned off and the hotel staff lied each time until finally saying they 'have no control over what happens on the roof top bar' even though it is directly connected. we had people banging and screaming outside our door until early hours of the morning. they also charge you extra for the aircon which is just a scam

We arrived the room was dirty, the floor was wet. arrived on wednesday evening, the room was not cleaned till monday, we asked twice to clean it and give us new towels. Take a breakfast once its cheap only 6€, but I dint think its worth, better eat in town and pay more. The conditioner cost extra you take a cheapest or a better room. Its strange, but we heard it before arriving.

The place is good, not far from the main places, the sea is near. Got a glass wine as a compliment from hotel, its plesure, but anything else is really bad :( Stuff is trying to help, thanks for it.

Slight breakdown in staff communication- we request a port transfer for 5 people but it wasn’t ordered and then when we reordered they only called a 4 person taxi..just need to be a bit more aware.

You have to pay for a safety deposit and air conditioner, but still it is ok, not that big of a price.

The location was great and the room was clean and had a balcony. Also, I liked that they have a Rooftop bar and in the morning you could order from the bar what you like. The pool was very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The shower cabin was really small.

Great location and the people working there were very attentive both at the front desk and the cleaning crew. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and big and the air conditioner (visited during a heat wave) worked like a charm. We really enjoyed the roof garden drinking our coffee in the morning.

I don’t usually write reviews, fact is this is my second one ever. But I feel compelled to warn others We had various problems with our stay. After paying extra for having air conditioning, (6€/ a night!) something that was not advertised in advance, just that all the rooms have AC, it didn’t work. After a lot of turns discussing this problem, where they first tried giving us a broken remote to the AC, we got a new room. Where the door didn’t lock. At first they tried to convince us that it was working and then reluctantly admitted it wasn’t. This was the typical response from them with issues. They sent a guy to change the batteries in the door, but he managed to break it completely so then we had to get the master key from reception every time we wanted in and out of our room. The next day the repairman fixed it. The next day we realised that the balcony door wasn’t locking as well… Dirty rooms. Safe deposit for a fee. The shower wall mount was broken, could only be held. Every time you shower in the tiny shower the bathroom turned into a pool. The actual pool smelled a lot. The room smelled of cigarettes. A lot of noise from the hallway and the rest of the building leaking into the room. Uncomfortable beds. They don’t clean or even tidy the rooms until the third day. When they did the housekeeper left the balcony door unlocked. Which doesn’t lock apparently but still, the handle was in the unlocked position.. 🤷‍♂️ I would stay clear of this place.
