Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomFirst of all have to say a huge thanks to George, You really get a sense that he is passionate about his family business and feel very welcomed, He scolded me about the fact I had my laptop and had to work on holiday, He was incredibly accommodating and assisted us with arranging boat trips and renting a scooter to get around, Which was very fun. He gave wonderful recommendations of beaches and restaurants. The location of the hotel was faily close to Parakia, However if you don't drive or rent any scooters or ATV's its too much distance to walk from town and taxis are extortionate, Although Paros being a big Island, To properly experience it would require a form of transportation. The views from the placce were great too! The Breakfast was great Too! All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Paradiso Boutique!

United KingdomNothing - we loved it all! :)
Location was excellent - right on Marcello beach Staff were very helpful and kind - family run and always some one available to help us. Helped us with organising transfers, scooters and talked us through the map of the island with lots of great suggestions which we went to see. Breakfast was great - plenty of variety and we enjoyed sitting outside and the relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were bright, airy and clean.

United Statesthere was a lot of construction going on, which was not Paradiso's fault. path to the beach was a bit steep and trashy from the construction, again not Paradiso's fault
Nice breakfast, no complaints, parking at the hotel, a lot of lounge chairs, very clean, beautiful scenery, w/ the boats in the bay, felt safe. Proprietors were very accommodating. Photo's on all their social media is dead on as to what it looks like there.

TaiwanWe loved the view from our room or the common area (a huge seated patio), the location's serenity and location (not too busy but convenient to move around the island), the host's recommendations around the island (be sure to follow his impeccable taste!), the comfy bed (it's better than average).

United KingdomSuperb breakfast, and spacial room with a balcony where we could sit and look at the view all night, to get the view you have to go a little outside the town, but a hire car is very cheap. The beach is right on your doorstep so you don't need a pool but there is a landscaped garden to sunbathe if you want. Host made us feel very at home.

New ZealandNothing.
We loved everything about Paradiso Boutique! Philip and his family were more than welcoming. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every morning during breakfast which was included. We were provided a thorough run-through of the island, with tips on where to swim and eat. I recommend this accomodation to anyone looking to stay in Paros and will be definitely returning on my next trip back, whenever that may be!

United Kingdom- Breakfast was a little limited especially for vegans. It consisted mostly of breads and cheese with some cereal, but this may be normal cuisine in Greece - Aircon could have been better but wasn't the worst
- 3km from pireaus port/10 minute taxi (€15 taxi) - Hotel is 1 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the boat taxi to pireaus - Hotel Staff were AMAZING! Super friendly, greeted us by name every day. Sat with us multiple times to help plan our holiday, George and Philip could not have been better hosts. This place is a really well run family business who want you to have the best stay with them.

ItalyEverything was perfect! The room was lovely, clean and had a nice patio (fully equipped) with a wonderful view! The breakfast had every kind of food, from typical greek products to both sweet and savory continental options. The breakfast area had a gorgeous view too, and you could enjoy your breakfast at the table looking at the sea. The hotel indeed is just above one of Paros' best beaches, Marselo beach, which has both free areas or equipped ones with sunbeds and umbrellas (at different prices). Surely the best part of our stay were Filippos, Melina and all the staff of the hotel, who welcomed us wonderfully and made us feel home! They fulfilled all our requests and even before we asked! They were wonderful! Without a doubt one of our best holidays! We definitely recommend it!

CroatiaMelina, Filipos and George are the best hosts, helpful, kind and always there for you! The hotel is in a perfect position, right on the beach and a 7-minute drive to Parikia. We felt like we were in a Greek fairy tale. It's hard to describe in words how we felt while staying there, let's say everything you expect from the island of Paros and accommodation will surely come true...and some more. Additional note: The view from the terrace while we had breakfast was simply magical 🌊🇬🇷

United KingdomWe wish we could’ve stayed longer and will certainly come back during “off-season” - this trip was August 2023.
To save you from a long (albeit - worth it) read, I’ll summarize: any future visits to Greece will be to Paros, staying at Paradiso Boutique Hotel. It was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had, from location to hospitality. 10/10. We had the most incredible stay, with the only downside being we wish we could’ve stayed longer. My husband and I arrived in Paros on a Sunday afternoon. Once the ferry dropped us off at the main port, we easily transferred to a small ferry (basically a water taxi) which transferred us to Marcello beach within 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we walked no more than 8 minutes (along the beach) to Paradiso Boutique Hotel (incredibly accessible!) Upon arrival, we were greeted so warmly, shown to our room, shown where breakfast would be, and were told if we needed anything at all, not to hesitate to ask. Owners, George and Filip, quickly started to feel like life-long friends. Both Monday and Tuesday we had dinner reservations in different towns within Paros. Filip was able to offer discounted transportation on both days (a huge win on any of the Greek Islands) and offered informative and meaningful conversations along the way. On Wednesday, due to strong winds, the boat tour we had scheduled was cancelled. We wound up relaxing at Cabana beach club that day, where we mentioned to Filip we’d love if he could join us. To our pleasant surprise, he arrived with George and friends later in the afternoon where they joined us for drinks, dancing, and a great time. They introduced us to other friends and family, and we soon realized we were welcomed as a part of their local community. Overall, we are lucky enough to have seen this beautiful island and meet friends that we hope to keep for years to come. It is clear this is not a business, but a passion and love for George and Filips community.

United StatesThe only problem was the wifi and cell phone service, it was hard to get service in the room and the wifi wasn’t great either, but I imagine that’s common anywhere so not a huge problem at all!
The breakfast was very good, a great selection and the hotel owner (George) was so nice and personable! There was also a transportation service that George gives his occupants a discount on! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

FranceAs much as we enjoyed our stay, the only downside we encountered was the nearby beach being private with relatively high prices for access. While we would have loved to spend more time lounging by the beach, we opted for the alternative option suggested by the hosts. Fortunately, there was a small public area next to the private beach where we could still enjoy the coastal ambiance without the additional cost.
Our stay at Paradisio Boutique was truly amazing. The exceptional hospitality of the hosts, coupled with the pristine cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations, made our vacation all the more special. We will cherish the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and the fond memories of overlooking the scenic horizon. Overall, we highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone seeking an enchanting retreat in Paros.
