There must be a gym room (even small) and stairs to the sea can be reconstructed and cleaned for hotel guests.

Room with infinity pool was awesome, staff were helpful and breakfast was full of selection.

1. Bathroom windows shouldn’t be located on the side where people walk by to go to the lift cus they can see you in the shower or while getting ready. 2. Shower needs a glass door or shower curtain, water gets filled in the bathroom floor. 3. Furniture not so good. Looked old and not convenient. 4. Need a larger mirror and a bigger Get Ready station as they are tiny and not even a stool in the room (there was a chair but placing it where?! The fridge was under the tiny get ready station, not convenient) 5. Need more hangers 6/7 hangers is not enough for 2 people in a room. 6. Air conditions need replacement to more modern. 7. Rooms should work keyless. 8. Balconies don’t need to be so big as they dont have furniture outside that is convenient. One couch and a lounge is not really enough. 9. Dimmable lighting, the lights were too bright for the eye. 10. The glass railings need to be fixed or pinned together as they move and safety is a priority. 11. Bigger towels (towels were tiny) 12. Bed side tables should be larger (20cm with a phone on it doesn’t give a lot of space) 13. Larger spaced rooms (60cm on each angle is not convenient, the minimum is 80/90 to walk around) 14. Better soaps to wash hands, bigger bottles for shower gel and shampoo

The location is amazing. Everything super close. Clubs, mini markets, atm withdrawals, beaches. The staff was also super friendly and helped out always.

This hotel was beautiful. Such a great location on Paradise Beach. The pool and view is incredible. The cocktails and food at the hotel bar are also great. Breakfast has a decent selection and the staff are always very friendly. They went above and beyond for my friends birthday with a cake, balloons, wine and confetti it was very much appreciated. The room was large and our plunge pool was so great. Would definitely stay here again. Port transfers were also included and there is a bus into the old town for 2 euro pp.

Only thing was the hotel transfer was slightly long (mainly due to a problem with the car), and the driver was forcefully asking for a tip.

It was a great hotel, staff were friendly & helpful. The views were amazing and the beach was close by too, which a small supermarket nearby too.

The hotel is very nice and in a great area with a spectacular view. There are beach clubs around and Cavo Paradise Club is in distance of 5 min by walking. We had a room with a beautiful view and a nice terrace. The employees of the hotel were absolutely amazing. Very helpful and always smiley and polite. We had a flight at night so we appreciated the room that the hotel had dedicated for quests who had checked out already just to take a shower and refresh before the flight. Thank you for the free shuttle from/to the airport.

The music noise. It has a club which end at 2 am and another club until 4 am. We still slept well. You have to go knowing people will have fun not for the silence. This is the wrong island if you want quiet nights.

The staff was really helpful and polite We had a pool room so the view was fabulous. Good bed, dark curtains, good AC, and quiet in the morning once the clubs close down. Great generous breakfast with ocean view. Divine!

You can hear doof doof music until 6am. If you are planning a relaxing time in this motel pick another part of the island as the club music doesn’t stop. You can also hear your neighbours. Our only gripe is broken sleep but the staff and motel are excellent.

This place is stunning. It’s worth the money to get your own pool. It’s clean, the staff are excellent, room service, Netflix on tv. Beds are comfy. All additional toiletries provided. Breakfast was good. Communal pool nice but pay extra for your own. Wifi strong.

The external facade and pool area was just beautiful. However, the standard rooms were bare bones and the bathrooms were not well-updated. This is somewhat fair given this is a beachfront property where you can drag sand in. However, for the price paid, we hoped for more modern fittings in the toilet and room. Perhaps the price is for the beautiful and impeccable beachfront pool and location.

We stayed at Paradise beach for the partying and close proximity to three big clubs so that we could easily walk to the locations without transport. The saltwater pool that lit up at night and its beachfront view was my most favourite thing about New Paradise Resort. The view was just impeccable and made their great breakfast buffet spread a delight to stare out to the crystal clear beach waters.

The lights in the bathroom could of been brighter, also the most annoying thing was that the toilet seat didnt stay up.

We had a swim out room with a view and it was incredible. Truly a a spectacular view to wake up to every morning.

I had an outstanding experience at this accommodation. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our stay.
