The private beach that is shown in the listing definitely does not exist (not sure if it was time of year/tide/seasonal) but we booked this spot over others because we thought it had a private beach and it definitely didn't exist! Also the towels were a little old and crunchy some new ones would have been amazing :)

Elena and family were the kindest ever! Room was cleaned everyday and the view was amazing. Despite what people say about the location, we LOVED it. it's a quick 5 minute drive to the city (and in the city parking is so hard to find) so I'm glad we chose somewhere that was quiet and tucked away.

The location was great, the view exceptional, and the people were great. They are the sweetest and even gave us biscuits the first day we were there and came to clean our room everyday. This was probably the most comfortable place we stayed in during our time in Greece. The room was super affordable. If we ever get a chance to come back to Zakynthos I will book again.

The location is a bit far from the city if you don’t have a car.

The breathtaking view you get when you open the balcony doors and see the sea! And obviously like everyone said Elena and Joy are thé sweetest persons you can ever imagine i love them so much!! if you ask for something they will help you with everything in the best way, they always ask if you need anything if everything is okay, i am so happy i have met them :) The only thing was that the location is just a bit far to walk every day (to the city) but we got use to it and we rented a car which solved the problem so definitely do that! But then again because you are further away from the city you have that beautiful view and the luxury to swim right in front of your door! Which we end up doing every day instead of going to beaches. So for me i was happy in the end i didn’t chose a hotel in the city. I am really happy i chose Elena she makes your stay absolutely worth it!!

The view was great. The balcony was facing directly the sea and during the night we could have hear the waves. It was located 20 minutes walking distance from the town in a very quiet area. There were also great restaurant and bar nearby. Host was also very helpful. She shared a lot of tips for the island

Streetnoise and our small studio (105) had a wooden ceiling with another studio above it, so you live the life of your neighbors.

Very clean seafront studio with very nice and helpful owners. Swimming just in front. Public parking 30 meters away. Nice balcony. About 3 km from Zakynthos center.

Firstly I would say that elena is super cool lady. Me and my boyfriend had wonderful stay. The view from the room was breathtaking. The people were so helpful and best part is everyone communicates in English which as a tourist to find that is a plus point. The services were provided were top notch. And the places to visit were also nearby from taxi. I would recommend this place 10/10 :)))

Attic apartment is a bit uncomfortable due to low ceiling, so if you are tall, it could get a little bit frustrating. Shower is a bit small too, but overall it’s still worth it :)

Place is very nice, clean and with exceptional view’s on the sea. Mini beach by the hotel is good quite good. Host is very nice and helpful. Totally recommend this place :)

The location in Krioneri is lovely but it is a 20-15 minute walk into the centre of town (good exercise). The view of the Mediterranean Sea horizon from the bedroom was amazing and the hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful. It’s also nice and quiet, which is great if you are looking for a bit of time away from the hustle and bustle of the main town.

The bathroom was small and the shower very narrow.

Very nice stay with a great view from the terrace, and the possibility just to cross the street and have a bath between rocks in a crystal clear waters. The terrace was very comfortable. An external shower allowed to take out the sand and salted water before going into the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the AC working well.

We prefer the place because of the closeness to airport and we rented a car to see the other beaches in the island. if you are not planning to rent a car and stay in the same location, the beach in front of the hotel is not the best one.

Elena &Joy are very nice and helpful. It is a family place at the seaside. Some of the rooms have sea view and it is great! It is 15 minute to airport by car. It is also very close to zante town where you can find a lot of dinner places and attractions.

Opposite Krioneri beach - amazing! I had a seafront flat which was double amazing :) I was given a warm welcome and Joy offered me some refreshments while my room was being prepared. People managing the flat are all wonderful. Special thanks to Joy who brought me my passport to the airport, when I phoned to tell them I forgot it in the room 💚 Nice and quiet, away from touristy areas and will definitely revisit!

We had an amazing time at Elena's studios. We had a seafront view and it was fantastic. We saw the sunrise twice!!! It was a clean, big room for us as a couple and the AC was working great 👍 I highly highly recommend.

There really wouldn’t be much space or facility to cook anything in the studio we stayed in.

Wonderful family run place. Such a friendly and warm welcome. Joy was so helpful and their responsiveness even before we arrived were fantastic. The view from our room was amazing and the little beach, chairs and umbrellas were lovely to enjoy. This accommodation definitely requires a car/scooter though. To walk to the town where there are restaurants or shops and back is about 5km. The area is also more of a base for activities like boat trips or dives as the beaches and town was not the best part of Zante. Elena and Joy are so wonderful though and the rooms are cleaned every day which was a wonderful surprise. They helped us book taxis and gave recommendations for where to drive. Just great hosts.
