The bed wasn't comfortable. No tee bags or coffee

The personal is very friendly, smiling. The room is big enough, there's a kettle (no tee bags though). There are some books to read, big lobby, wifi (good enough).

There was no hot water in the evening to take a decent shower. Only after we intervened did they do sth about it. The bathroom was extremely small. In fact, when taking a shower, the water splashes all over the bathroom and floods the entire floor. Very impractical. No use of toilet or washbasin at least an hour after taking a shower because it's full of water. Modest breakfast. No fresh bread, only toast.

Breakfast was fine always fresh Location is quiet and a ten minute walk to a pebble beach surf shoes are a must the water is crystal clear plenty of taverns on beach gennadi town has a number of restaurants all good the bus stop going to lindos in 5 minutes walk from hotel from lindos you can get a bus to anywhere on island and is good value for money

- cleaning staff kept on entering the room at wrong times, either when I was under shower or while we were coming back from breakfast - the shower has no curtain so the whole bathroom is wet for some time after showering - the bed was too hard for my taste

Xenia really know how to treat her customers. She cooked us a big breakfast every morning, helped us with everything we needed. An example of greek hospitality. The room was very clean and the hotel is situated in a very quiet area where you can rest in the night. Deffinetly recommended.

Hotel located in an amazing spot, near by the sea. Employees were professional, hospitable and kind. Superb and very clean suite, in good price and with mannerly housekeeping. 100% recommendation by me without hesitate.

We were very satisfied with our stay in this incredible hotel with the most amazing staff and the great rooms. The traditional meal at the restaurant was delicious and the Greek drinks at the bar were truly tasty. It was an amazing and relaxing stay, which we would love to repeated again next summer.

Staff of Panorama Hotel was polite and very helpful, they served us with the smile in everything we needed. Room was, spotless, elegant and spacious. Had a very nice decoration, amenities inside such like a/c, double bed, TV, mini fridge, clean white linens and fresh towels at the super luxury bathroom. New furniture and private balcony with ocean view. Worth a visit!

During our stay in Rhodes, we had an incredible times in this unique complex. My room was very clean, modern and comfortable with exquisite sea view and private balcony. We enjoyed our stay by spend the day with many activities, such as windsurfing and horse riding. Definitely we'll be back for more days.

Hotel is fantastic, very beautiful, french style decorations. Rooms are very clean and quiet enough. The hotel is placed near excellent local food restaurants. The first impression when I came in, was wow!!

The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast that offered a lot of variety. The location of the hotel is perfect, allowing for an easy walk to the restaurants in the village and a slightly longer walk to the beach
