Superb location - metro, shopping, dining, akropolis are all in a walking distance. Apartement has its own kitchen corner with capsule coffe machine. Our host Christos was nicest person ever and we did enjoy our vacation in Athens.

The property was clean and quaint centrally located in the heart of Athens. Chris the owner was so supportive, obliging and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was a huge variety and generous serves of cereals, pastries and fresh fruit. He catered to our needs in every possible way. Thank you 😊

Wish that we could have had some more fresh breakfast options like fresh pastries or something less packaged that we didn’t have to try to make ourselves. I ldid not mind making my own coffee but we didn’t have time to figure out how to use the other gadgets or things to make anything else as well had busy days to see all sites. Cereal or those homemade spinach and feta breakfast pastries or ones either cream inside and fresh cherries or watermelon or other fruit would have been more authentic fresh Greek food and more homemade rather than packaged muffins or granola bars. I feel they this small detail would make this hotel absolute perfection and take it up a notch! The breakfast was not a deal breaker though and I would most definitely stay here again! You are certainly close enough to get a breakfast down the street too!

Loved the space-just over 400 square feet- Perfect for a family! Loved the location by all shops in Plaka and was quiet considering location. Ac worked great and curtains could be closed for darkness and privacy. Nice balcony. Clean and spacious shower- like staying in apartment not a hotel which I loved! Host was excellent s d very helpful, kind and responsive. Loved being able to make coffee in the room and have breakfast on the balcony!! Like an oasis in the heart of Athens. Close walking distance to everything!

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Athens. Close to all the sites which, as we weren't there for long, was important. Elias was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The room and the breakfast were very good. The location is exceptional. The service was excellent. However, the most important part of this review is the Exceptional human dimension, care, and friendliness of the staff. You cannot put a price on that. Our son got sick during the trip and we had to take him to the hospital. We asked for help, and the help we received was beyond anything we had expected. They helped us locate the hospital, find a taxi. They called us several times for updates. They gave us extra drinks. They helped us with the luggage. It was so exceptional, that we feel emotional just writing these lines. I wish the world had more people like this. Whenever we go back to Athens, we will certainly stay in this hotel.

There were 32 wooden stairs from entrance to first floor and 22 stairs from 1st to our room on the 2nd floor. While we knew there were stairs/no lift up front, by the end of a 5 night stay, we were wishing we'd been on the first floor! We were in the Apollo room which we chose because of the 'partial view of the Acropolis' from the very generous balcony. However if we stayed again, we'd forgo the lovely view for the much bigger room next door to us, which also had a balcony, albeit smaller than ours. The Apollo room is only big enough for a (rather soft) QS bed, a wardrobe and a small corner kitchen/desk space.

Excellent location - right in the heart of the Old Town and with a partial view of the Acropolis. Restaurants, sightseeing, Syntagma Square, Ermou shopping street close by. There were lots of supplies provided for continental breakfast, replenished as needed, & the room was serviced daily by Christos who was thorough, helpful and friendly. While there are no staff permanently on site, Elias was at the end of the phone for anything required eg organising car to the airport, and his response time was super quick! The hotel is located in a street with no traffic and is quiet at night, as it's in the historical Old Town and has security present overnight.

Shower door configuration caused accumulation of water on floor.

Perfect location! It was right in the heart of Plaka. Everything was easily walkable. There was a generous variety of breakfast items to choose from. We arranged airport transport through the hotel which was seamless, efficient and stress- free. The owner was very nice and was accessible by text for any needs during our stay.

The location is absolutely perfect! The rooms are big, very clean and equipped with everything you need and more. Christos is one of the nicest person I’ve met and helped with everything we needed and always with a smile and good will. I highly recommend it.

Typical European 1/2 shower wall, where water can spray out onto the floor. Shower knobs a little sticky when turning them. Many stairs, if on the 2nd or 3rd floor, though the manager brought our luggage up for us when we arrived.

Spacious room with large queen size bed and pull out couch to accommodate 3 adult women. Nice balcony. Breakfast was provided, plus a bottle of wine, beverages, and snacks. Coffee makers and small stocked frig was in suite. Great location for tourist sites, restaurants, and shops.
