The most incredible staff, the owners made us feel so comfortable from the moment we arrived in ios and were so accomodating! Our room was immaculate, it was great value for money and in a prime location.

Google maps does not show u the shortcut to the property. The hostess sent us a message a day before but we missed it and they were not responding in the morning so we had to take the bus and walk there. Google maps is not good at all in Ios. We suggest looking at the map to know the general direction and then just walking in that direction, u will get where u need in much less time. Once the hostess showed us the shortcut it was fine. Also we saw kitchen in the photos but there was no kitchen, only refrigerator.

The property was in a beautiful place and the walk to the bus station is like seven minutes and it’s beautiful.

Location close to everything. Main town, bus station. Great views and nice balconies and super friendly and responsive owners Katerina and Frankie. We’re picked up from Port and dropped off when we were leaving. A really lovely stay

The hosts were so so lovely ! We got picked up from the port and dropped off at the end too. Our rooms were also serviced every day and they were always around if needed ! So friendly :) The location was also insanely good

1) It has a truly spectacular sea view in an ideal location, the best on Ios, very calm and very central at the same time. 2) The hosts are at the same time very professional and very friendly and helpful. Katerina really knows how to make a stay both utterly relaxing and family style inclusive in her true caring for the well being of her guests. 3) The fantastic cleanliness of the whole place.

Quiet some stairs to climb. Not easy when you have a heavy suitcase. We had a triple room which left us very little space for our suitcases.

Wonderful view. Quiet area of Chora. 5min by foot to center of Chora. Next door is a small coffee house for breakfast or evening drink enjoying the view. Our rooms was little but very clean. It was cleaned daily. The terrace is comfortable with a very nice view. Very nice and helpful hosts.

the man who runs it and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. He collected us from the port and gave us all bottles of water on arrival.

Google maps sends you all sorts of ways to get you to the hotel. The hosts are aware of this and are trying to get it changed.

The hosts were amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a good time. We got lost when we arrived and couldn't find the hotel but they came to find us and picked us up. Honestly cannot fault them.

The aircon in my room was not great, but suitable for the stay and when mentioned it to the owners, said they would get someone in to fix it, so all should have been taken care of.

The location was exceptional as were both owners who offered to pick up and drop off at the port, saving a gruelling 20 mins walk up a steep hill to the accommodation.

As the room was so close to the square, other guests could be a little noisier the later it got however this wasn’t an issue for me and didn’t bother me too much.

The location was perfect and close to everything we needed to go to and visit. The hotel had amazing sunset views and of the sea. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very modern and clean.

Frank and his wife are the nicest people you will ever meet! They picked me up from the port and then dropped me and even treated me to tea and sandwich. The room was so clean! Any problems they fix it straight away. Super central, you’re 3 minutes from the old town! I can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Palm was incredible. We arrived in the evening and were instantly at the heart of Ios, minutes away from the main restaurants, bars and clubs. The view from the balcony was stunning and by far the best place to watch Ios' sunsets from. The room was spacious, the hosts were beyond lovely and the location couldn't have been better. We loved it so much we stayed another night. If you're looking for a place to stay in Ios to enjoy all it has to offer, go to Palm!!!
