Exceeded our expectations by far! The view was stunning, the location perfect. The house super cute and stylish furnished. For us it was a perfect, romantic, individual stay. We will recommend it to all our friends. Koufonisia is really worth the ferry ride!

Very close to the neighbours, which we really enjoyed! Shared an ouzo and exchanged stories :) if you’re looking for absolute exclusivity this isn’t the right choice for you.

Absolutely loved the walk out straight onto the sea, sunset views from our own private terrace were absolutely stunning. A warm welcome at the port with transport to the room included in the price of the room. The homemade welcome drink from the hosts Mum was delightful. Highly recommend a trip to captain Nicolas for dinner.

The wind..

We loved our week here.Really great spot:beside the sea:10 minutes to beaches and 12 minutes to town.A good sized room with everything you'd need and a good size outdoor veranda.Great wifi. A lift to and from the ferry.Wanted to stay longer

This property is located in an idyllic setting, overlooking the turquoise ocean. It is so peaceful and beautifully decorated, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Koufonisi. It is a very short walk to the town for restaurants and groceries. The host kindly met our ferry and took us back when we were leaving.

There was plenty of space, the small kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and snacks, the bathroom was very clean and nice.

The location was absolutely stunning. The apartment is just a stone's throw from the sea and also a convenient walk to town for conveniences.

Comfortable studio with beautiful sea views; great, quiet location at the edge of the village; professional, friendly managers & team; few lovely visiting cats...a little paradise!

We were lucky that our immediate neighbours were quiet and considerate. The units are quite close together - so this might have been a problem with noisy neighbours.

The location - just on the beach to the east of town - is fantastic. From here you can easily walk into town or along to all the beaches. The room was very clean and well equipped and tho whole property is pretty and well kept with lovely flowers and furnishings. Delightful to sit on the shady terrace and watch the waves!

Would have been nice to have some fold up sun lounges.

The rooms were beautifully furnished, fantastic courtyard, comfortable bed, clean and had everything you need to cook breakfast and make snacks. The owner went out of her way to meet our every need and was just the loveliest person. The location is fantastic - really private, 20 metres to the water and 5 - 15 min walk to excellent restaurants, the other beautiful beaches, as well as the main town

There was nothing to dislike.

Accommodation outstanding, everything even down to the taps and soft furnishings were top of the range, fantastic views from Windows, you can hear the sea. Host, Tatiana & Dimetre were so nice and helpful every step of the way. Will definitely be returning, can't speak highly enough. Thank you.

Stunning views and wonderful hospitality. There was a daily cleaning service which was unexpected. Perfect location close to beaches and restaurants. Gorgeous gardens and everything smells so good! It was nice getting picked up and dropped off at the port. The people are so kind

This place was a great surprise. The location is just a dream as it's only a few minute walk from the port and small village but slighly on the eastern side of the island where the most beautiful beaches are (walking distance to all of them). The room was spotless clean and nicely decorated and is equipped with a small kitchenette which is enough for basic cooking / making breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and the size of the room was great. The apartments are so close to the sea that you can hear the lovely sounds of waves from your bed. The view from the little pribate terrace to the front of the apartment is unforgettable. The cleaning lady was absolutely adorable and cleaned the room every single day. She would come around every morning to check that we had all we needed. Dimitris (the owner / site manager) was very kind and welcoming. He came to the port to pick us up when we arrived and same thing when we departured. Its also a great spot for star gazing at night. This place is extremely quiet and peaceful and somewhat magical. We cannot recommend it highly enough.
