We simply loved the place and want to come back. Paschaline and Nikos made us feel welcomed and important. They are the real assets of this place. This boutique hotel is very well located, a couple of minutes walk from the harbour, and the staff is very warm and helpful. Ask for a room upstairs, they have a beautiful view, and give you a very romantic feeling. If you want to read, drink wine, relax and enjoy the silence, they have an inner garden, which is an oasis of confort and good taste.

The property has two rooms with the same name (Superior Double Room) but only one of them has an outdoor terrace and a city view (as per the description). This is not clear at the time of booking. From the pictures in the listing only one (of the bathroom) was from the room we were given that had a window overlooking a wall and one towards the internal courtyard. While the hotel is great otherwise, the fact that their listings are not transparent is unacceptable. We chose this hotel over another just so we could have the outdoor terrace. When we requested a room change, there was no room available and the staff did not offer any kind of remedy.

The hotel is very nice. The room is very comfortable and well equipped, especially for small island standards. The breakfast in the garden is very good. The staff is very polite, always available and helpful. The location is also great. Overall a great hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely divine and super accommodating. Sarah in particular gave us some wonderful recommendations for restaurants and Michael was extremely welcoming when we checked in. The location is great and we really enjoyed the breakfast and lovely outdoor area.

The breakfast is delicious and you can have a unique atmosphere at the beautiful garden. If you want to have a special experience, combined with history, romanticism, luxury and tranquility in Hydra I highly recommend the Orloff Boutique Hotel.

What a delightful spot. Perfect location, just far away enough from the centre of town to avoid noise, but so easy to wander down in the morning. Has been so beautifully fitted out and the furniture/interiors are incredible. All the staff went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable - no question was too small or request too large. Breakfast was one of my highlights in the little courtyard - highly recommend the home-whipped yoghurt and muesli - so good! We wil 100% be back and would not hesitate to recommend this sanctuary to anyone wanting to visit Hydra.
