One of our group didn’t like his room Breakfast could be better

Good location, lovely staff, nice pool. It does depend on room Breakfast average but same as other similar rated hotels locally 7 of us stayed… 6 said they would stay again 1 said not

Not great privacy when it comes to the balcony view + my room had a door to access another twin room that was rented out to very noisy travelers, I felt like I was fully in bed with them, watching TV until 1am. Just that the door wasn't noise cancelling enough, I'd bring earplugs. The room's walls and ceiling were covered ( c-o-v-e-r-e-d) in mosquito splatter which was fairly weird. (The lady that did the check-in was so friendly and welcoming that I actually was in the mindset to overlook mostly all issues)

Very friendly staff at the reception desk on check in. Decent choice of items for breakfast (Great French toast). Much appreciated aircon.

Room and bathroom a little tired. Needs updated amenities and cleaning around shower tiles etc. Hairdryer socket hanging off corner of bathroom wall. Looked a bit dangerous to use and handle of dryer had cello tape around it.

Good pool and location. Towels for. Pool use. Good selection at Breakfast Nice towels and bedding with robe and slippers - all very clean.

There was only 1 person in the whole staff who knew about anything. Other staff members always went to ask from her about anything. First day there was no warm breakfast, only sandwich and fruits. This was not informed in the hotel website

We got the wrong hotel room at first, but it got upgraded into a better one for free. The one staff lady was really friendly.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is close for the ride to Corfu town and the beach only a few minutes walk. The breakfast provided was very good also.

The room was quite little, but with all kind of comforts

I've been here for a weekend with my family, my child really enjoy the pool. We really liked the big rooms, comfortable and the staff were very kind. The position was the best for relaxing and rest, but at the same time very close to the town and the beach. Very good breakfast!

The Hotel is very Clean, in a very good Lokation , Exzellent and helpfull Stuff , has all the Facilities that i need. It was great . Will rekomand it to my frinds . Its the best what a person needs. Went threw a lot of Hotels , in my Opinion thing is one of the Best Hotels in Corfu . Best Value for Money.

Nothing, everything matched my expectations!

•I liked that opera blue hotel is located in Gouvia center, easy to sightseeing around and near the bus stop to go to Corfu town! •Miss Marias and Mr Gatete the receptionists were nice and helpful, •Mrs Efi the general manager was always there to assist the staff and us (clients), •Miss Eleferia and Deborah at Blue bar served the best coffee and cocktails! In additional breakfast and dinner was amazing and delicious, i highly recommend and will go back!

Our first room absolutely stank from the shower drain, and although we were moved to a larger room the next day after complaining, this wasn't cleaned once during the week. The location is terrible, above a strip club, and the pool fronts onto the main street. The manageress who dealt with our complaints was extremely rude. Breakfast was appalling.

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is nothing like that described, and how on earth this dump could be rated 4* escapes me. At best it is 2* and even then this is being extremely generous. Not one guest we met was satisfied with the hotel. Quite simply it is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Rock hard beds. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Food was stale Hotel is between a strip club and a nightclub. Also the sewage smell outside was so bad even the staff weee complaining.

The pool and bar area were nice. Lovely sunbeds and staff very friendly.

The rooms are too old

I do like the location, the area is very nice, it is the center of Gouvia, so you can find many restaurants and many shops. You don’t really need to go to the city center because you are already in the center. The beach is 5 min walking distance from the Hotel. The swimming pool is really cool and clean. The breakfast was good. Maria at the reception was really very very professional and helpful, she gave us an upgrade and kept asking if everything was good. Maria thank you very very much :)

This place is unfortunately not a 4* hotel and doesn't even hit a good value stay point. It is more close to be a motel for the strip club downstairs than it has anything to do with being even a 2* hotel. We were backpacking for a month in Corfu and many privat apartments were more luxurious than this place. The bathroom is so small you cannot get in, the toilet paper holder was broken and fallen down, you can only wash your hand if you close the door. There is a water boiler station, but there is literally no plug anywhere to make it work 🤡 The room was dirty, we were 4 people and got 2 hand towels and 2 bath ropes. - We asked if we could get at least one big towel, or 2 more small towel, they said housekeeping will bring it the next day. - we never got more towels. There was no internet connection in the room or balcony, we let them know, it never got fixed. 3 hours delay at check-in without any compensation. There is a swimming pool, but it's more like green than blue, my kid got an immediate skin rash after being in it - unfortunate because Gouvia beach is also one of the worse beaches we stayed in Corfu, so it would have been nice if at least the pool is usable. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms dirty, sheets dirty, colorful bed cover probably never washed. TV not working. I'm not sure where the photos are taken for this hotel, but it does not look like this in real life.

States it’s a 4 star hotel and is obviously a 2. The bathrooms were very gross and rooms were never fully cleaned. The beds were uncomfortable. The cherry on top was that there was a strip club directly next door.
