Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

A large very modern and well-equipped apartment in a very central and lively area. Check-in was very easy through the message system. We were contacted periodically throughout our 4 night stay to see if there was anything we required..

TurkeyYou must only consider that flat is really in the center and can be a bit loud due to night life. We could sleep very well in our case because we were really tired because of city walk all day long.
Flat is very clean and comfortably designed. It is useful with kitchen, bathroom and sofa & tv. It is isn’t he center a few minutes walk distance to the sea side walking.

Spacious newly renovated apartment right in the very heart of the very popular Ladakida district. Great facilities. Excellent bathroom. Nice kitchen (though no basic amenities provided). Excellent air conditioning. Great value for money.

Modern, clean, comfortable, conveniently located close to the port and in one of Thessaloniki’s liveliest areas. Great amenities and well-equipped kitchen. Host was very helpful.

GreeceA couple of things that I noted: 1) The elevator is old tech and also not air ventilated and 2) the corridor on the 4th floor, where we stayed, did not have a window or any type of air ventilation resulting to an extreme hot and low oxygen area.
The overall stay was really great! The staff was super friendly and helpful and always prompt to reply to any question or request.

SwitzerlandGreat location next to the port, restaurants and shops. Lively area. The rooms/studio apartment was extremely well renovated, as new, very stylish and modern. There was a kitchen with full size refrigerator and a freezer compartment, microwave and stove and kitchen utensils and tableware was provided, as well as a water boiler. Big TV, modern bathroom. Very nice interaction with the girl who came to meet us with the keys, she also gave us information on where to park (there are several paying options nearby, or street parking). All in all this was a great place to stay and also good value for money. We will definitely choose this again the next time we're back in Thessaloniki!

Exceptional location in the hart of the city for foot exploring. Cleanliness and nicely designed apartment is a signature of Olvios loft . All the appliances that you need for short term stay is at your disposal.
