Pool bar music far too loud all the time.Family room’s dated but we only slept/got changed in them.

Breakfast to be expected with what you pay for. Location ok, we walked 15/20 min through Lindos Lrincess along the back to tavernas each night as we don’t like school dinners for dinner. Pizza and Gyros good for lunch. Drinks too sweet. Had to leave hotel for a decent wine/dinner.

The Outdoor Children’s Play park could be a bit safer for small children aged 2. It could have a few more safety railings up on the slide

The staff in the restaurant and the food were great and we enjoyed the water facilities and evening entertainment.

The hotel is not in the resort but only 5 mins to walk to beach and about 10 mins to resort.

Clean, recently refurbished rooms. Very friendly staff and always happy to help. Bus stop outside hotel. Lindos is lovely about 30 mins on bus

The pool is quite small for the amount of people who stay at the hotel. The staff at the water park always seem annoyed when you ask them a question. There are not enough rings at the water park which makes things very underwhelming. The food at the restaurant is not the most exciting and is very repetitive.

The rooms were a nice size and clean. The staff at reception were lovely. The animation in the evening were generally entertaining. The location of the hotel is awful but thankfully you can get buses into the centre or to other towns fairly easily. It was good value for what we paid for.

The photos are very deceiving this place looks a little scruffy compared to the photos. The buffet is awful again we filled up on pizza and gyros ( delish ) and had to eat out a few times the food was not nice everything was cheaply made although it changed every day it all tasted the same wasn’t what we was expecting baring in mind we’ve been all inclusive to three different resorts in Greece. A lot of other people thought the same as us. I feel like we over paid at £800 I would rate this more of a 3* hotel and would of expected to pay £500

The room was lovely and modern we was staying the the Newley built block, couldn’t fault the room at all. The gyros and pizza bar were amazing we filled up on this throughout the day. Bonus the pool isn’t freezing!

However, the quality of the food and beverages was far below our expectations. We tried it once and then decided to have all our meals at nearby restaurants outside the facility. Moreover, the location of the facility was quite remote, making it difficult to access and limiting our ability to reach other amenities in the area.

The cleanliness of the facility was excellent, particularly due to the diligent efforts of the staff. The rooms and common areas were regularly maintained, making our stay comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, promptly addressing all our needs.

Interesting resort, a very big free parking inside (curiously not indicated in the description), good position to visit all the Rodi Island. Very nice free water park (although the nicest games are only for child tall at least 1.2m). Some little bad detail (important if you are looking a luxury hotel, less if you are looking a comfortable and practical solution), but a good location for the price. Some rooms have very nice see, but not all, depends from the block and the floor. Good breakfast. The staff is kind and very well trained

-A few time we didn't have any running water and had to call the reception to fix it. -The sink was outside of the bathroom..and there was no closet, only a long shelf, so it was imposibble to unpack. -There was only pizza at the pool side during luch ( even though it was very good)

-The water park was great, and the swimming pool as well, The kids had a realy good time in the water slides. - Free ice cream and the pizza at the pool side was very good for the kids - The staff were very nice and friendly

The local beach wasn't great, all pebbles even when. You got in the sea- not really recommended There was complaints about entertainment- it was fine for us but they didn't have much in an evening (mini disco 8-9 then maybe bingo and karaoke). There was always music in the bar though and we were happy with this As a smoker a bit of a pain having to go to the designer area, although it was just next to the pool/ bar so not a massive issue and I'm sure the non smokers appreciated it

Lovely hotel, many pool, splash pool for smaller kids and the watermark. Food was good and pizza snack bar was great, managers always present and were really approachable. Drink selection wasn't massive but more than adequate and bar staff were great. Location is a bit out but the bus system is great, reception staff were really helpful in helping with this

Air condition did not work but we got another room. Service attitude of the stuff varied a lot. Some of the stuff were rude.

Everything was ok.

The hotel was very ok for the preis that we paid. The staff was helpful. We really liked the pool and the Aquapark. It was very nice with the mini-disco every evening, the kids were so happy. The bus station is very near, in less than 15 minutes you can get to Lindos Beach, the most beautiful on Rhodos.

Our 4 year old boy was disappointed. He wasn’t allowed on the big water slides because his height wasn’t 120cm. Even with adults he wasn’t allowed to go.

Staff on reception welcomed us very nicely. Kristinka on reception was always very friendly and helpful. our room was always lovely and clean. Our cleaner Magda did amazing job and Victoria. Lady called Vaseline was very lovely and helpful as well. Service around kids pool was lovely too , Anastasia was always helpful and smiling. Food in restaurants was very tasty and staff very helpful. Alexandra was lovely and always very kind in restaurant Gentlemen called Kostas was every day very friendly with us and our little boy loved him. Is very handy that there was a shop as well. lady in there was very kind. Generally lovely stay, clean and very spacious room and all staff been just very helpful all the time.
