Absolutely loved my stay at this accommodation! The highlight for me was the spacious terrace with two large windows, offering breathtaking views directly over the cliff and the water. The location is fantastic, perched right on the edge of the cliff, and the proximity to a secluded beach adds to the charm. The privacy and intimacy of the place were exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend it for a serene and picturesque getaway!

Its very confortable, well equiped, walking distance from down town.very clean and confrtble bed. Very nice terrace . The owner was very nice and was very helpfull , we forgot importnt staff and she did everything to bring all to back to our hotel in Corfu ,

We arrived late following a flight delay. Communication was great Alex told us which apartment and the key was in the door. The studio was perfect metres from the pool and a few more metres to the sea the views to wake up to were beautiful. Very quiet whilst we were there, but it was late in the season it is about a mile walk into Barbati and at night a little bit daunting with the traffic. Barbati has some fabulous restaurants and taverna's. Due to a medical event we had to stay an extra 4 days. Alex could not have been more helpful checking on us every day and driving me to the pharmacy 2 villages away it was a scary few days but knowing Alex was on hand was reassuring Thankyou Alex

Not a criticism, just a comment, we’re on the main road to Corfu, so lots of street noise. The apartment itself is fantastic.

The bedrooms are roadside and it is noisy when trying to sleep although you do get used to it and apart from the first restless night it didn’t ruin the other nights sleep would definitely need to use earplugs !!!

The cleanliness of the apartment was how you always hope an apartment will be and it didn’t disappoint, spotlessly clean , everything you needed including pool /beach towels, coffee machine , good running water for bath and shower ( shower is a hand held over bath with plastic shower curtain) but good water pressure , plenty of hot water , toilet rolls plentiful , new sponge, washing up liquid and tea towel provided ,the view when the balcony doors opened was breathtaking , a clear view to corfu town with spectacular sunrise and sunsets and table and chairs provided. Really good efficient air conditioning in all rooms, excellent communication from Alexandra with regards to any questions and a lovely cleaning lady Katerina .

Good communication with the host previous to the arrival. The rooms were big and clean. The terrace was the cherry on the cake as the view was spectacular. The kids loved the pool (which had really warm water). As there are 2 parking lots ,no issue with the car. Close to the apartment there are 2 pebble and rock wild beaches .if you want beach with sunbeds and taverna then main one in Barbati is the one. Highly recommend this place

Thought the pool area could of done with a little tidy up, weeds etc just a bit unkept and could be fabulous as the views are to die for! Also the bathroom needs updating, who has shower curtains these days?

Excellent location, beautiful view, lovely interior fittings, stylish with nice finishing touches. Bathroom and bedroom were modern. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities but seemed like it was fairly well equipped. Pool is cleaned every morning and was a nice temperature. The location is great, short walk to a number of absolutely gorgeous beaches and restaurants. The host Alexandra was very helpful and friendly and responds quickly on text. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic little spot. Parking out the front (only once or twice in our 4 nights did we need to use the overflow which was only a minute walk down the road) would absolutely stay here again, it was lovely. And the wine selection is fantastic in the office area also. (Highly recommend Sauvignon Blanc Therma) Awesome little beach right down below the hotel. Beautiful and very private.

Oceanis Rooms Appartments is well situated property that offers nice and clean rooms, stunning sea overview, private pool as well as nice and regular cleaning service. Room we spent our holiday in was equipped with all we needed and did not show signs of age or abuse. Alexandra as a manager is very nice person who made our stay memorable. We wish to come back soon to repeat the memories..

We were lucky to have our room on the ground floor near reception, so the noise from the street wasn’t bothering us, though it is indeed would probably be an issue if our room was on higher floor. The room that we got had the small shower with curtain, which I understood is VERY common for older architecture in Corfu, but I appreciate that the curtain was regularly washed thus felt clean. Mattress for my taste was too soft, but it was ok for my husband - so depends what you prefer. Alexandra mentioned that they plan to renovate most pressing things once the season is over, so I hope that all works as she plans, and further guests can have an even better experience.

First and foremost, it’s the host! Alexandra was extremely helpful and friendly. Next thing is the view. All the apartments are having the sea view, and those at the very bottom additionally having the pool view. It was a highlight of the day to look out of the window at any hour of the day. There are enough places around the pool for everyone interested to sunbathe. Worth to mention that everyone was respecting the pool hours and peace of other guests. If you’re not a fan of pools, there are 2 small beautiful beaches within a 150-200 meters walk. We also liked that the despite the property is not new has been in use for long time it was very tidy and good maintained. Cleaning was every other day, including towels change, which was more than enough for us.

The building is a bit old and some of the equipment (e.g. kitchen hob) would need an upgrade. Our bathroom was poorly ventilated and leaking a bit. Wifi very poor. Be careful about parking right off the main road that makes parking in and out tricky. Stayed 5 nights and cleaning happens after Nice only.

An ideal location on the northeastern coast of Corfu - arguably the most beautiful part of the island - in between Barbati and Nissaki. The view from the balcony or pool directly on the sea was stunning. Great taverna (Glyfa) with a free, private feel-like beach 2 mn walk. Many other options in the evening in the lovely barbati resort 5mn drive only. Decent size of the flat for a family of four.
