Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThere was nothing I didn't like.
This is a great place to stay and offers fantastic value for money. Staff are great and really make you feel very welcome. There is a mixed variety of nationalities with a relaxed atmosphere around the pool and garden area. Bus stop is right outside the hotel if you want to take a trip to other areas of the island. Good sized, very clean comfotable room with large balcony. Service and drinks around the pool bar was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Czech RepublicThe best place where we have been so far. Oasis is situated at the main street, so if you go in front of the Oasis resort, it is quite rush because of a lot of car but if you step inside of the Oasis garden, you can feel nice atmosphere, a lot of palms, paths with the lights on and nice swimming pool with the bar. They provide you the time table of buses and have own shuttle bus at 10 and 13 to the Traounou beach and back at 13 and 17. Everything for free. And the best are the people here! They were all so nice and helpful. They take care of us like we are family. Thank you!

United KingdomMaybe the rooms need to be renovated and updated a little bit
Yes, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Firstly, the hotel area is very beautiful. It was as if I was in a fairy garden. Secondly, I immediately noticed warm attention of the hotel staff from the manager to the housemaids, friendly with love for the guest and what they do. Thirdly, the food at the hotel was tasty and healthy. Everything was conducive to a good rest. On the last day of rest, I didn’t feel very well. And the hotel staff did everything to help me; an ambulance was immediately called and they helped me. Personally, I would like to note the real help and support of the hotel manager Panagiotis. I wish there more managers like he in the hospitality industry )))

BulgariaThe hotel could definitely use a renovation but as a whole, it's ok. The only real problem for us was the lack of mosquito net on the bathroom window and the availability of only a single power socket in our room which is not enough for a family of three.
Oasis Bungalows is a 3-star hotel and the level of quality matches what is expected. They have a beautiful garden with wonderful olive and fruit trees, fragrant flowers, nice pool, green area, kids playground. The food options are limited but the food is tasty and each of us had what to eat on each meal. We had a small child and it's convenient to have meal options, rather than choose different tavern for lunch and dinner daily. The included alcohol drinks were of good quality (just please add bigger beer glasses for the pool bar ;)). The closest beach is a rocky one, so if you want to fully experience Rhodes, you need to rent a car - the island is very easy to navigate and is worth exploring. There are a lot of sandy beaches and other attractions/sightseeing opportunities a short drive away.

Nice bungalows in a beautiful garden, great for kids, great value for money, good food and drinks. We got late check out for free which was a big help for us as we have 2 little kids and our flight was in the evening. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel which make it convenient to travel around the island (we visited Rhodos, Lindos and Faliraki). Nice beach 15 min walk from the hotel.

RussiaThe worst issue is the mold and the pervasive mold smell in the rooms, which is extremely unhealthy. The bungalows are old and unrenovated, resulting in a very strong mold smell. We were traveling with kids and were shown three bungalows, but even in the "best" one, we couldn't stay and left the accommodation after the first night. It is almost impossible to sleep with an open terrace door to ventilate and avoid the mold smell, as street cats will jump on your bed and flies will disturb your night. The hotel's kitchen is located in the basement, and if you visit the public toilet downstairs next to the kitchen, the mold smell is so strong that you do not want to stay there for even a minute. The all-inclusive food is cheap and canteen-like, and while it is okay, I do not want to eat mold spores with my food, after I have seen the kitchen door in the basement. The children's playground is falling apart, and the mentioned mini-zoo in other reviews is not worth it for kids, as you can only see the animals through a small door. We could also hear music from the roadside taverna in our bungalow in the evening. To summarize, the owner is trying to make money with accommodations that are potentially hazardous to the health of travelers. The black and green mold next to your bed could be just painted over, so that you have to look for where the smell coming from and the air conditioner will be nicely distrubuting the mold spores everywhere in your room. This was the case in the first room we have got. They can also cover this smell with the strong smell of cleaning agents. The 8.7 rating for Oasis Hotel on Booking.com seems significantly overrated and does not reflect the reality we experienced. A closer look at the reviews reveals that almost all recent reviews are 9 and 10, which are possibly fake.We usually rely on reviews and ratings, so we are deeply disappointed with this holiday experience.
tropical garden and friendly attitude of the workers, but it could not cover the negative aspects of the whole accomodation

RomaniaNo mosquito net, hard to keep the window open. Probably not enough cleaning staff - if we were back at 1 pm, our room was not cleaned yet. Food&drinks bad (for our taste). No stander to dry towels and bathing suits. Will not stay again (unless a makeover happens)

United KingdomThe food available in the all inclusive restaurant did not offer a great selection, and was often cold or empty. Food was supposed to be available until 8:30pm but I often saw empty dishes after 8pm and they were not replaced.

United KingdomFurniture in the rooms was rather dated and some of the drawer were broken. The beds were not very comfortable, especially the extra ones.
Lovely very cosy hotel situated in beautiful shady garden. Very pleasant views. It was nice to see animals being welcome and looked after: there were a few cats and kittens in the hotel, as well as some deer, rabbits and chickens in a special area. 15 min walk to the sea - beautiful and not very crowded beach.
