The hotel is in central location, very convenient for strols as it is close to the seaside, the port as well as at ladadika (restaurants, bars etc)! The staff was very polite and eager to help you in whatever you may need from the reception to maids! Definitely will be visiting it again during my next trip to Thessaloniki!

I really have nothing to complain about. I suppose it could have had a bar, but there are plenty nearby.

The location is excellent. Right across from the ferry terminal, there is a nice view of the sea. More importantly, though, it is only a block away from dozens of restaurants and bars, some including live traditional music. There is something for everyone. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful with advice.

We didn't encounter anything we didn't like.

Thank you to Mr. Kristos who greeted us at the reception and said good morning with his sincere smile every morning. In our previous stays in Thessaloniki, the hotels were either very old or very poorly maintained. But this hotel is not like that. Besides being located in the center, it is a very clean and new hotel. You can walk almost everywhere. The breakfast is a little different than other hotels. Instead of offering products directly, they offer them in different flavors. Like sandwiches, pastries, croissants. We stayed in the signature suite and the room was really large and spacious. We really liked the ambience of the bathroom. We want to stay here again on our next trip. Also, I can't help but say; The smell of shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom was legendary.

My room, had very strong lights at night coming from outside. Blackout curtains were available but I personally prefer to have daylight coming in the room when I wake up. So if you close them, you wake up in a very dark room. Not the biggest deal obviously, maybe it wasn’t a problem with other rooms.

The hotel looks recently renovated, very clean, modern, nice and comfortable room with great air conditioning. Breakfast was good as well with homemade cakes and pastries.

The room could be described as cosy particularly with two people and luggages but they were still nice, clean, modern and comfortable.

The breakfast available was very good and comprehensive! The staff were very supportive and very helpful - they couldn't do enough for you. Its location is on the sea front within easy walking distance of restaurants and visiting the historical parts of the city

Sound insulation could be better, if you have noisy neighbor, it is disturbing.

Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. There is paid parking lot across to hotel. There are nice restaurants nearby. Thanks to Maria and hotel manager for their kind hospitality.

Access to the hotel by car…. No place to really load and unload luggage if you drove yourself.

The only thing that I didn't like very much was the noise that the housekeeping made everyday while cleaning the corridor. But it was no big deal.

The only thing that I would suggest is to change the beds…they make a lot of noise and the mattress is not so comfortable.

They are very close to everything that you need in town, they are very clean and the breakfast is something totally different than in other places. I was really surprised when Christos from reception spoke with me in Romanian language! 😊
