Everything, the view is amazing, the room very nice and clean, the breakfast delicious!!! The owner is very friendly and helpful, we will go back there for sure!

Location was great, super views of the lake. For us traveling with dogs it was ideal. Lovely little taverna just yards from the hotel.

The room looks better on the pictures online than the actual real thing. Needs a refurbishment as soon as. It's very basic in reality. Only the fireplace and the balcony gets it a step up.

If you have a lot of heavy luggage or you are in a wheel chair, please notice, that there's no elevator in the building (of course it's completely ok as it's a private house in the mountains).

The room was big, the toilet was desinfected, blankets were very cozy, the breakfast was good. There's a mountain view and you can park for free on the street. For dog lovers: there are at least two big fluffy shepard hounds.

Unfortunately, the village is a bit ruined, there are many collapsed buildings, but perhaps this gives it its charm and uniqueness.

The accommodation, the environment, the owners, the rooms and the breakfast were wonderful. In the local tavern (5 minutes on foot) a very nice old couple prepared great food. The view and the tranquility are fantastic.

Nimbus guesthouse was probably the highlight of our entire trip. Amazing location in the mountains overlooking the lake, beautiful building with wonderful room and our host made everything to make us feel welcome with help and info about places to eat around and a wonderful breakfast. And the value for money is the best that you can think of. We highly recommend!

our room is about 100 steps above on the top floor I guess, with heavy baggage its very challenging, but that is manageable

Rustic look, Cleaned property, large rooms, large beds, and simple but awesome breakfast cheese, bread, butter, fruit jam, boiled eggs coffee and juice, we also used their kitchen and utensils to cook food for kids in the evening, a quiet and comfortable stay, great weather in the first week of November-2021, there are some dogs outside on the street they may look scary and aggressive at first look but believe me they are giant adorable dogs my kids loved them and they were so playful, There is a small convenience store, and a white giant dog outside again adorable, this shop sells biscuits, chips, sodas, etc. and has a restaurant finding this property is a challenge because google maps is not that smart enough to locate on hill town, the best and adventurous part of this town to reach this property is the tight narrow road hill upward which is so thrilling for me because I never have driven a car on such a road,

The rooms are clean and big . The staff and owners very friendly and helpful. About 15 mins driving from Kastoria. Breakfast ok. Wifi ok. Parking easy.
