Nice, comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and fantastic views from the terrace. Good to have a balcony for all rooms. A short walk into Parikia and walkable to the port for ferries.

For a hotel in this price range, I expected real coffee, not instant coffee. It was completely undrinkable. There is one key for each room, and you have to leave it at the desk all the time. That is a bit old style. Why is the bar open only after 7 pm? Maybe, I don't know, 5 pm? The bartender knew nothing about making standard drinks. The hotel manager (owner?) was frustrated with us, and kind of mean, really, because we were a large family with a number of rooms and we made changes to the booking. Fine, but we paid thousands of euros for this, and did not need his attitude problems. In rooms that have a large double bed (for the parents) and two smaller beds, the big bed should be by the window and view of the sea. It wasn't. The weird concrete shower stall in one of the rooms (105) is designed such that sprays water everywhere.

Beautiful setting above the beach and bay, with spectacular sunset views. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The outdoor seating at breakfast or at the bar in the evening is really amazing. It was nice to get fresh squeezed orange juice, and the breakfast was quite good.

Hotel has no parking only a narrow stretch of land belonging to township No ilclothing iron no wash clothes no shampoo and rude manager.

Breakfast included- which was great! Also has small beach right down the road- almost behind the hotel- it's rocky, but is great! Not busy and good for snorkeling- just ask the front desk and they'll recommend places to go :)

On our final night, the electricity was cutting off and on every 5 minutes until 10am. Did not seem as though anything was being done about it and was not communicated to guests.

Location was great, easy to walk to the main hub of shops etc. It was simple and had everything you needed. Kiki was lovely at check in

The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the boardwalk and beach, couldn’t be a better location. Easy drive to many other beaches and Naoussa.
