Nikos is a lovely host. The apartment was so spacious, clean and peaceful. The view is stunning! It really is a slice of heaven. The walk up from the town is steep (but gorgeous) and it’s so close to everything. Mini market 5 mins, and the nearby small beach is pure paradise (also 5 mins). Lots of good restaurants within 10-15 mins walk. Can drive to beaches of the north or west of island as well as Corfu Town within half an hour so a great location. Overall I couldn’t have had a better stay. Hope to be back soon!!

It was an amazing experience to stay in the apartment of Nikos – on the top of the hill with a fascinating view to the sea. Although it’s up on the hill It’s very close to the beach, supermarket and tavernas. Nikos and his mother were very kind hosts and I will definitely recommend his place.

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony to the sea. The room was equiped with all neccessary. The room was clean and spacious.

The place is great. It has everything you need for the stay. The view from the balcony is magnificent and this is one of the advantages. Another advantage is that it's in a quiet place so no noise from the road. Good wi-fi. Nikos is a friendly host and responds quickly to the questions.

Nothing to dislike

The sea view was amazing from the balcony and bed. Gardens were pretty. All on ground level so no-one above us. Comfortable bed and very spacious studio with good facilities. Away from the road so peaceful but near enough to walk to beach and taverna's. Steep hill back up but I enjoyed the exercise and the view was worth every step. Watching the sunrise was magnificent. Nikos was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return. Couple next door to us had been 23 times over the years so proves how lovely it is. Thank you Nikos

Nice quiet location surrounded by green trees, patio with nice view, spacious apartment. 2 cozy incredible beaches with very clear water down the street in 15 mins walk distance. And big Barbati beach a little further. For the price paid I wish there was also dishwasher, corkscrew for wine, decent beer glasses included, but were not. TV is tiny blurry tube from the nineties. Noisy a/c had to be off to enjoy evening in the patio outside :)

The way from the main road of Barbati to the house is too steep but nice for burning ouzo shots from before.

Wonderful View from the apartments balcony over Barbati and the bay of Corfu Old Town. Niko was a great host, very kind and receptive. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay and was very confortable and impresingly clean. Sadly we spend there 4 nights, but we will come back for sure to Nikos Apartments :)

Great option for value/money; quite big apartment, where you find all necessary plus kitchen, air conditioning, fridge, hair dryer, balcony with a sea view. Very friendly and helpful owners 😁👍 Keep in mind- the place is slightly up , but affordable. Good location : 10 min to cozy beach (15-17min max to main Barbati beach), 5 min to super market , 7 to bus stop

If you don't enjoy hiking, don't reserve this place, it's up on a hill. Internet connection was very poor, most of the time it was connected without internet connection. Barbati is more for families and older people.. 4 markets, and 4 or 5 taverns. No pedestrian. Only road and beach.

The room was nice, apartment clean, cleaning was on 3 days.. the view was stunning!! Probably the best you can get in Barbati. I love the cats! But ants not so much..

Beds were uncomfortable (too hard) and the smell from bathroom rather unpleasent. I guess it's because of still water in the pipes, because the smell faded after using bigger amount of water.

The view from the balcony is wonderful. It's a really quiet neighbourhood, far from the main road, so our stay was really relaxing.
