Check out experience was disappointing. We had to retrieve our own luggage from storage as no staff available to help retrieve or help load into car & we had two heavy suitcases along with hand luggage.

Fabulous resort with excellent facilities. Rooftop terrace restaurant superb along with beach/pool bar. The management team are exceptional and personable while a little more training in customer service would help some wait staff & staff at reception.

Service was exceptional, excellent staff. This hotel is managed well, attention to detail is a priority. The restaurants and food were above average. It's worth every penny. We highly recommend it and we will return soon.

The main restaurant and bar food and drinks were not good quality. I stopped ordering cocktails at one point and only drank wine because they were really not good (ie, even my Gin & Tonic had flat tonic). The food at the poolside or room service was not good at all. But, I would still come back because everything else was terrific.

There is no sidewalk when walking into town (which is not the property's fault)

Had an excellent stay. Got upgraded to a room with a shared pool, made our experience even better! All staff were helpful, attentive and polite. Food was great throughout facilities, resort was spacious and we did not have to fight for a sun-bed once! Would definitely stay again!

The resort was very clean and had everything you can ask for. Super polite staff, very friendly, very well mannered. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb very tasty and a lot to choose from. We also got a free upgrade for our room. Was very comfortable. Clean swimming pool & access to clean beach. PS: highly recommended for pregnant women for comfort.

Only the lack of coffee machine in the breakfast. It takes the staff time to notice and offer coffee.

Rooms were so comfy and the bed is amazing. The infinity pool and the sandy beach are so great and everything is so beautifully designed

Nothing really…. If I had to pick, for a family I’m not sure I loved the location if was a little away from town and with 3 small children if we didn’t have a car it would’ve been a longer walk. But there were taxis. Bit of a strange smell at breakfast too… perhaps it was the cheese !

The pool and how lovely the staff were. They also organised us a wonderful boat tour of Spetses.

pool drinks over the top pricing wise for Greece

great beach and pool facilities good value but wouldn't stay there in peak visitation weekends as pricing becomes over the top, this not a 600-euro hotel

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The room was exactly as it appeared in the photos and it was very clean. Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable as there are various things to do, and I personally recommend the spa because the hotel’s massage is very good. The service was very helpful and on standby 24/7.
