Restaurant’s menu, expertise mostly in small bites & snacks, the a la carte menu was not equivalent to the rest of the hotel’s level & services.

Great style, music, breakfast and variety, spacious room & bathroom, infinity view & breathtaking sunset, helpful staff, generous treats, water sports, nice for the family!

The sound level of the music is really too high. In the afternoon the sound level of the music is downright unbearable. For this reason, we did not stay in the hotel in the afternoons and could not take advantage of the swimming pool or the hotel beach. We searched and found creeks to swim in peace.

The hotel is very clean, well maintained and the staff very pleasant, smiling and helpful. The environment of the hotel and the region are very beautiful.

Not the best location if you want to access the town of Port Heli by foot. some times had issues reaching the property by phone.

The Ultra Suite offers contemporary, spacious accommodation with easy access to all property facilities. Far exceeded our expectations. Staff was extremely cordial and helpful

After breakfast music at the beach and pool side was becoming too loud.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Although sometimes the heat near the beach was unbearable they were doing their best to fulfil our needs.

This was not the fault of the Nikki Beach - but one night we had a real issue trying to get back to the hotel after dinner one evening as no taxis were available in Porto Heli - and this was only at 2230. So if going into Porto Heli you need to ensure a taxi is booked by Reception at the Nikki Beach to take you to the Harbour for dinner and more importantly to collect you at set time. Taxi fare for 4 of us in a Mercedes was only 6 Euro from the Nikki Beach so very very reasonable. This is a lovely hotel but if you are looking for somewhere quiet to go on vacation, you need to accept that house music is played fairly loudly from about 1100. This was not an issue for us - indeed I had feared the worst from some of the reviews I had read - there were just moments when I wished the volume had been turned down a bit as I am in my early 60's!! Transfer to the Nikki Beach from Athens Airport by private taxi took just over 2.5 hours on our arrival in the evening. However it took over 3 hours on the return trip as we left the hotel at midday and there was a fair amount of traffic on the route. We looked at hiring a car but were very grateful we opted to be driven. Fuel in Greece is now very very expensive so you need to factor this in, if considering hiring a car.

This is a lovely hotel which is kept spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff are all charming. We stayed here with our 2 daughters aged 23 and 20 for a week in June 2022. The rooms are spacious and are of a very high standard. Breakfast was included in our booking and was excellent. Any number of cooked options, which were prepared to order. We ate lunch at the hotel 5 out of 6 days which was always delicious. One day the hotel organised a private transfer by boat from the jetty at the hotel to Spetses. This is a lovely island about 15/20 minutes by small boat from Porto Heli. Private transfer cost 75 Euros one way (for up to 8 people). Spetses has some lovely boutiques where we bought some very pretty clothes. You just need to be aware that most shops close from 1500 for a few hours. So we shopped until 1500 and then stopped to enjoy a leisurely lunch before returning to the hotel. Most evenings we chose to dine out in Porto Heli, which is a short taxi ride from the hotel - allowing us to eat at a seafood restaurant on the harbour. There are only a few boutiques in Porto Heli, itself. There is a wonderful shop 5 minutes walk from the Nikki Beach - called Las Palmas. From the roadside you think it is a furniture/home living shop - up at first floor level so no shop front at street level - but once you climb the steps, you soon see that they also sell beautiful women clothes and jewellery.

The shared pool in the Luxx Suite is not for swimming so we had to join the large pool in the main restaurant.

Amazing customer services and housekeeping. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful to provide us all the necessary information. Excellent breakfast and both restaurants are of a very high level. Spa services are excellent especially Giannis the physio and Nikodimos the hairdresser. Great facilities (large and modern rooms) and location.

There was a problem with the wifi connection & the tv set that had no sound.The technician was really helpful but the problem remained due to network problem probably.

The welcome bottle of prosecco & fruits were really nice. The location was fantastic, the spacious room & the roof top jacuzzi always hot, met our expectations.

Unfortunately, when I left the hotel, the receptionist asked me for 200 euros.. I asked the employee why she said the value of services and taxes... Although I paid the full amount in advance, the lady who was at the reception at the time of departure until now I do not know the reason for asking 200 euros

Wonderful property, perfect for weekend getaway or even a long stay considering many destinations nearby to explore. Every staff member, from the valet to the check- in to the management were delightful and eager to help! Our room was fantastic, very clean and with great view. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the pool service was very attentive and warm. Overall, we had a great time and hope to be back soon!
