Excellent location. Two comfortable beds (one in each room). Slightly tight shower and small sink. Average living space. Very helpful owner. Responded to every request very quickly. Would definitely recommend the property. We had an amazing time in Syros.

Nothing! The only addition we could think of was perhaps if the apartment provided some beach towels that would be great.

Really great location, 5 min walk from the port which was very convenient when arriving from the ferry and 10 min walk into the main streets of town. Quiet street and there is a lovely taverna down the road which had an amazing vegetarian moussaka. The owner was so lovely and communicative, let us drop our bags off a couple of hours before check in and then let us check out at midday as we had a later ferry time. The apartment with the balcony is very clean, spacious for a couple, has a comfortable bed, well equipped with everything we needed and has a lovely view from the balcony. Also loved the addition of a clothes line from the balcony as it meant we could wash some of our clothes :) Overall a great stay for a very reasonable price!

All the Night there were a constant semi loud Noise outside. Maybe Ventilation or something like this, I dont know. It was of course not the Fault of the Apartment, but it was annoying, because it was all the Time. But u only could hear it, if u had open windows. If u closed it, no Problem.

The Room was beautiful and had a nice Balcony :). The Contact of the Apartment were really friendly and courteous. Close to the Harbour and close to Restaurants, Cafes and Supermarkets. Contact and everything was really easy. Responding on Messages were really fast.

Absolutely lovely. I stayed in the appartment with the terrace, which is really nice and has a great sea view. The owners are super kind as well, and left me some cookies for Christmas. They are happy to help, and made the stay that much better! I highly recommend staying here, a true gem in Syros!

Location by the port, perfect for easily dropping off your bags. Cost apartment perfect for a couple. The owner was beyond helpful, giving us tips and allowing us to check in early as well as stay late when our ferry got delayed. Thanks for a great stay! There is also a super local restaurant just around the corner :)

The property was neat and tidy and served our purposes well. Which it was at the edge of the town it was very conveniently located with it only being a short walk into the town proper. The host was very receptive and communicated with us frequently to ensure our needs were met. He even organised a place to leave our luggage prior to our checking in and extended our departure time on the day we left to coincide with our ferry time. The apartment itself was compact but very pleasant offering all we required. We couldn’t had asked for more.

The flat itself is VERY small to spend time in other than sleeping. The kitchen is too tiny to really do much with, and the living area is not spacious or comfortable. An amazing flat to sleep in, but not to ‘hang out’ at all.

Fantastic location for the port and for ‘downtown’ Ermopouli - easy access to everything but far enough from the centre to be peaceful and quiet. The host was SO SO helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - extra bedding, extra key, late checkout - so easy to communicate with and so friendly and helpful.

While the apartment was clean and comfortable, it is quite small and I think it would be better described as a traditional Greek style studio rather than a “luxury” apartment. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped (no frying pan, no kettle, no toaster) and the Nespresso machine was a bit temperamental.

The apartments are located steps away from the port and in a great location for exploring Syros. Dimitris was very helpful and accommodating, including organising for a place to store our luggage before check-in and was easily contactable for any issues. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

Mats in bedrooms were a death trap, kept slipping on them, recommend they be removed or get non slip ones. A frying pan would also be good.

The bed was only accessible from one side which wasn't ideal but doable. The bin wasn't emptied during our stay and we weren't given instructions on where to take out the rubbish / bathroom bin. The TV worked intermittently - not quite sure what the problem was.

Lovely apartment in a really good location. Enjoyed being able to make and eat meals on the balcony. It was very clean and well equipped. We would recommend it!

Our host went out of her way to make us welcome, answered questions very fast or even before they were asked:). The apartment was sparkling clean. The location was perfect: in the centre, within 5 mins. of a supermarket, the port and bus station and our favourite local, authentic restaurant -Loutari.

Excellent location, five minutes away from the port. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet, near the center of Hermoupolis. Safe to walk and near the bus station and car rental services. Dimitris, the host, is very helpful and polite.

Small but very comfortable flat in a quiet central area of Syros. The beds were great, and the flat had everything we needed. The communication with the owner was quick and friendly and he gave us extra information about the area and restaurants. We’ll be back!
