Small elevator and the area it’s in doesn’t feel overly safe.

Our room was interior with no much natural light but it wasn’t a big problem when you spend most of the time visiting the city.

Great location, nice breakfast and very nice and helpful staff. The atmosphere was really relax and with 0 noice for perfect relax. A lot of bars and restaurants in the streets nearby.

Not an issue but the shower had a lot going on and was abit confusing to get working. and although you have a door to the toilet, it is not fully enclosed and you can hear each other in there. The room we got was right next to the entrance so you can hear guests going in and out and noise from the streets.

The ladies at reception were really lovely and helpful. The room is lovely and clean. Breakfast included with our package had a nice variety. The hotel is approx 25 mins walk from the city centre.

Nothing that I didn't like. For me the hotel was a 10/10. Can't find a fault anywhere.

All round a perfect stay. The staff is so nice, professional and helpful. The room was lovely too and the location quite close to all ameneties.

The amenities were great, the rooms were comfy and having an AC in the middle of August was just the best. The hotel had a very cozy vibe and we felt right at home!

The bathroom was very impractical. For two women we found it very hard to use. Very strange design and was the only downfall of our room (we stayed in the suite on the ground floor). Maybe the other rooms had different bathroom designs but would be the reason I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Loved the location and staff were lovely! Gorgeous roof terrace where you eat breakfast. Rooms were clean and had most of the amenities you would need.

As mentioned by others, walls are thin so depends on how considerate your neighbours are when returning after midnight.

Great location with very interesting streets, cafes, bars etc. Very helpful front desk staff with local info on where to eat etc and booking taxis, superb breakfast on the rooftop terrace.. No street noise on third floor, swapped out with no view from inner courtyard.

Super helpful staff We arrived very early but our room was ready and we were allowed to check in early With a taxi strike the day we were leaving the receptionist told us what was happening and how to access public transport. Much appreciated

There was a street light right outside our window and only a sheer curtain so the room was quite bright at night but lucky I always travel with an eye mask.

The location was quiet but close to the centre and had many bars and cafe close by. The staff were very helpful.

Beautiful clean hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. The neighbourhood is on the cusp of gentrification (for better or for worse) and is a bit off the beaten track for tourists, so it’s a bit of a hike to get to transit, sites, etc., so you’ll want to factor that into your planning.

Room needs to be improved, The bathroom drain is a bit clogged, and the water flows very slowly. Eventually, we had to remove the blockage from the drain. The ceiling is leaking slightly, and one of the bed legs is broken, so I'm a bit worried that the bed might collapse.

There were issues with the room but the staff were very helpful and friendly! When I told them that there were issues . They straight away reacted and helped to fix !

The toilet flush is not that strong but I think its across the country so not specific to this hotel.

Good walking distance to central attractions and public transports. You are also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants to eat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Neapolis 1897 - free breakfast included was quite basic but it was free. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was nice- options to change between rain water and normal shower function.
