The only negative I can think of it is the lack of hotel slippers.

It was very loud - walls and ceiling were clearly very thin - was woken up multiple times by people running about the hallways and what sounded like people moving furniture in the room above us. Also, the shower is broken/badly designed, where you can't prop up the shower head, and everywhere outside the shower gets soaked.

Bog standard hotel room, nice touch with the free drinks downstairs. Nothing fancy, but absolutely fine.

The room is very small. The bad and mostly the pillows are not comfortable, it is very noisy outside. So, I was not really sleeping good even after the guided tours and making in account that I sleep everywhere totally ok.

The stuff is very helpful and very polite. The location is PERFECT!!! Close to all the sightseeings and the sea. The hotel is renovated, the cleaning service is very good.

Bathroom fan is very noisy, if someone needs to use the toilet during the night it is a problem. Cleaning in the room next door started at 8am and woke us up. It is an old building so soundproofing in general is not so good.

Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was clean. The matress is hard but comfortable, good for a short stay. Air conditioning worked great. Good location, close to public transport, not far from bars and restaurants. Breakfast was mediocre but service lady was nice and polite.

As a solo traveller I booked a smaller room. Though the room was adequate and well serviced the bathroom was very small.

Friendly, Helpfull staff. Room and general facilities small but adequate and clean. Good, convenient location close to the city centre. The breakfast was limited but good and well presented. Overall very good value for money.

I don't like being watched by the staff ten times a day when I pass by so many times. Reception could be in a different place cause I always feel there like with granmas sitting on a bench and watching people. It bothers me the most in this hotel. Depending on a season and room location it can be loud at night. There was problem with Internet and broken toilet seat, no cosmetcs to wash body, they never give clean cups, never exchange them while your stay. The stuff doesn't follow any schedule of you leaving the room and each time I am leaving and preparing to check out the cleaning lady comes in. Like she couldn't wait until the check out time. Water from the shower goes all over the bathroom. The curtains stick to your body so you cannot use it cause it is disgusting.

- Soundproofing needs improving - noise from clients talking in the corridors or banging their room doors, as well as from the housekeeping staff was quite intruding in the morning. - The positioning of the lift (requires using stairs to reach it on the ground floor and its door is opening directly on the first landing of those stairs). Also, the lift reaches only up to the 3rd floor, and the breakfast room is on the 4th and thereby reachable only by staircase. - Complete absence of mini-bar offers (e.g. water would be very useful). - The shower curtain was very short and allowed the water to spill out all over the bathroom floor :(

The bed could have been comfier but were still comfy enough to get a decent sleep. The bathroom and the shower were a bit small but its not too major of an issue as they were still usable.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained, the rooms had all amenities required and the location is brilliant as all the sights and the city centre are within walking distance and it is near a corner store and a pharmacy if you need to pickup any essentials.

Everything was great!!!

Excellent location. The hotel is central with everything at walking distance. It is a neoclassic building renovated. Clean, the personnel were very helpful. Most of all, the mattress was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was quite good, had options.
