The mattress was a bit stiff for my taste but this is a matter of personal taste. The location is not down town but this allows for a quite relaxing vibe.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The experience was very high level with special treatments you do not find in other hotels (breakfast was always prepared for delivery either at the room or by the pool, different towels for the hot tub and even for the beach on a daily basis, homemade treats daily). Rooms were smelling so clean and fresh every day.

The hotel bar area not being manned and closing at 10pm, but there is a supermarket within a 5 minute walking distance.

Beautiful relaxing hotel, super clean spacious rooms, very friendly staff who are always willing to help. Breakfast choice was plentiful and we even got a daily 'surprise' item, on top of our order.

The property was in pristine condition and was extremely well maintained and very clean. More the family run business offered highly personalized service and the breakfast were simply put amazing with some local specialties cooked by one of the owners’ mother.

A really wonderful family owned place to stay in Naxos! We liked everything! The structure is beautiful with a very big pool, the interior and exterior design are classy. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. Thank you to all the members that were always helpful, they booked the restaurants for us and organized the transfers and ATV rental.

The property is absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. This is a family run hotel, and they are so welcoming and friendly. We arrived to homemade lemonade (which is the best I ever had) They take great pride in the service they provide. Breakfast was incredible! I felt sad to be leaving this hotel. Beautiful rooms, pool, location was perfect close to town but just outside, and the team managing and welcoming us to the hotel was so nice and genuinely so welcoming. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was so good and generous and included homemade treats every day. Nico had wonderful recommendations on restaurants, where to go on the island and was always available. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay - thank you !!

A bit of a walk from the town but only €10 in taxi if you didn't feel like walking.

Our stay at Naxian Secret was a highlight of our trip to Greece, from the first communication it was such a lovely experience. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from Naxos town or €10 in a taxi. Our room was just beautiful, every single thing was thought of throughout the whole property. It was very quiet and private and even though I think all the rooms were in use it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Nikolas and all the staff were so helpful and friendly and helped us navigate our way around the island. Nikolas organised a ca for us which was a great way to see the island. The breakfast was really enjoyable and loads of choice and the pool was really lovely. The quality of everything such as the towels, bed linen, produce used at breakfast are all excellent. I would recommend Naxian Secret to anyone and I really hope we get back there some day again.

The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. The breakfast was made to order, and you could have it delivered to your room or by the pool. Great variety, and the quality was excellent. The customer service was excellent, and the attention to detail was superb. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary, and they gave us a bottle of wine and a fresh fruit basket. Our ferry on departure was early, and we had to leave before breakfast started. They came to our room and told us they would make us breakfast right then before we had to leave. The hospitality was just amazing, and they truly go beyond what is expected. Overall, it was an absolutely outstanding property, and I couldn't recommend it enough!! 5 star in every category!! They also gave us a lovely beach bag as a souvenir.
